Comfortable king bed with lots of pillows, a sound machine, pull out queen sofa bed, and a twin day bed, with a twin trundle bed. It is one of three units that share a free laundry room and parking. Quiet neighborhood on the north east part of town, close to KSU, downtown and the lake.

So happy that I found Suzy's place! It was centrally located, easy to get in and out of with the alley access, and very quiet. You can't even tell that it is a basement that's how quiet it was! I look forward to staying here again when I come back to Manhattan.

We chose this for the location and also because of the horse decor. My youngest is horse obsessed and loved all of the horses in the apartment! Cindy was super nice! She even brought a few toys up for my young daughter to use during our stay and was super helpful with anything we needed. The location is very close to the park and Aggieville, easily walkable!! The apartment had all we needed for cooking a small breakfast every morning and had coffee available to make. I had to buy very little to get by. We will definitely be staying there again!
