The Flambeau Hideaway, located 20 minutes outside of Mercer, WI, is our 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin that sits on the shores of Lake Bastine, one of the original lake basins located on the west-central portion of Turtle Flambeau Flowage. The Flowage consists of over 14,000 acres &over 90% of the surrounding land is state owned & undeveloped; which gives off that true wilderness feel. So many outdoor activities! That’s the beauty of the Northwoods - snowmobiling, skiing, fishing, hiking LIST GOES ON!

Scenically situated on the grounds of the Discovery Center in a stand of pines overlooking Statehouse Lake, this beautiful home is the perfect Northwoods getaway! Just a short walk out the front door, you'll find a private dock that gives you access to Statehouse Lake, kayaks and canoes available for you to use, and easy walking access to Rest Lake. We are located on Middle Gresham Lake, this is a semi private lake, very quite lake with no public access. The fishing is great. Includes use of a row boat, canoe and two kayaks, boat motor available-extra charge. Rustic cabin feel with pristine views, a fire pit for roasting marsh mellows. Centrally located between Minocqua and Boulder Junction. Room Tax is now being collected directly thru Airbnb at 6.75% and remitted to the Town of Boulder Junction.

Built in 2022/2023 this cabin is located right on the Manitowish River with 750ft of frontage right off Highway 51 about 3 miles south of Mercer and 7 miles north of Manitowish Waters. The Manitowish River runs into the Bear River which is why the resort is named Twin Rivers Resort. We are located right by the snowmobile, UTV/ATV and hiking/biking trails. You can easily visit small local towns with bars, restaurants and shopping.
