There is a pickle ball/basketball court, lit dance floor and room to play outdoor games. You might want to enjoy an evening picnic in the lit tree area. Our open vistas provide for great cloud and star watching as well as amazing sunrises and sunsets. Outdoor seating on front and back porches.

The Little House in Yoder

Built in the late 1800's, the Little House is the oldest house in the Yoder community. It's full of old-world charm and modern conveniences. If these walls could talk, they'd tell lots of stories! Add this place to your list of must-sees in the our community.... it's one of a kind. Both houses are in our backyard in the town of Yoder, the center of quaint charm.

Cozy 1 Bedroom Tiny Cottage within walking distance to the Hutchinson Community College, Hutchinson Sports Arena, Planet Fitness and Cosmosphere. Also within a short distance to Kansas State Fair Grounds, Downtown Hutchinson, Fox Theater and several local businesses. We welcome and look forward to meeting guests of all backgrounds. Without prior approval, we will not book to people who live in Hutchinson Ks and are booking for themselves to stay, due to previous problems with damages.

Our one bedroom half duplex has all the comforts of home. Full kitchen with a microwave, Keurig (assortment of K cups provided), utensils, pots, pans & dinnerware. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress with a TV. Bathroom has been updated with a walk in shower (towels are provided). The spacious bedroom has a closet for your things & queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. On & off street parking & free Wi-Fi. Hygiene products are not provided.

Come unplug and get away for a bit on the farm! We welcome you to our quaint and private guest apartment, with a country vibe. Situated across the lane from our 100 year old farm house just outside of Yoder, KS. You will find yourself in the heart of Amish community. If you enjoy farm animals, this is the place for you.... horses, cows, turkeys, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits and plenty of farm cats and our faithful dog, Ginger can all be found. A simple breakfast will be provided.

You will have your own private ally entrance and personal parking in the back of the business building. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This house features 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It has central heat and air for the everchanging Kansas weather! You are withing walking distance to multiple restaurants and just off the main highway through town making a simple drive to the main hotspots and industry in the area. Right now the yard is not much of a looker but will be improved this spring!

Adorable two bedroom house in amazing central location. Near Main Street, the Kansas State Fairgrounds and not far from Hutchinson Community College. Within walking distance of several local restaurants. This home is a perfect place to come to take a break and hear yourself think again. There is a quiet, secluded backyard and plenty of space inside to study or write. We welcome everyone!
