Amazing place to stay in Kos! The rooftop is amazing with views to die for and private sun loungers and jacuzzi (not warm but perfect to cool down in the heat). The place is super private and you can walk to Zia (up a very steep hill!) but also take your car too. The host is great, sends regular messages and even gave us a souvenir when we left. Thankyou for a great stay and if we ever return to Kos, we would definitely stay here again!

Wir hatten eine unglaublich schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft! Alles ist wunderschön! Unterkunft sowie der sagenhafte Ausblick! Besitzer und Housekeeping waren super freundlich und wir hätten uns nicht mehr wünschen können. Vielen lieben Dank für eine unvergessliche Zeit!

Fantastic host , great location.. so close to the beach and restaurants. Well maintained pool and great views , definitely recommend it.

Our stay was fantastic! The host's communication was excellent, always responsive and helpful. Their local recommendations were spot on, making our trip even better. Evin manzarası ve balkonu harikaydı, evin yeri dik bir yokuşta olduğu için arabasız gidilmesini öneremem çok zorlanırsınız, evde her şey mevcud, 11 gün kaldık ve çok memnun kaldık, yaz sonu 4-5 gün tekrar gelmeyi düşünerek ayrıldık, ev sahibi Emrah bey’e , naçizane 1-2 önerim oldu ve çok olumlu karşıladı, güvenerek gidilebilecek bir yer, 6 kişinin çok rahat konaklayacağı bu evi her kese tavsiye ederim..

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in AnamneZia! Heerlijk verblijf met veel privacy maar wel op loopafstand van allerlei gezellige restaurantjes. Alles ziet er tiptop uit en heel sfeervol en praktisch ingericht. Fofi en haar man zijn super vriendelijk en geven goede tips voor activiteiten over heel Kos. We gaan zeker keer terug ;))

Eda, çok dost canlısı biri ve mesajlara hemen cevap verdi. Çok ilgili davrandı. Annesi ve babası çok tatlı insanlar. Bizi kahvaltıya davet ettiler (yemekte kuş sütü eksikti). Annesi çok sıcakkanlı davrandı. Dönüşte bizi uygun bir fiyata havaalanına bıraktılar . Her şey için teşekkür ederiz. Konum olarak Bodrum merkez’de ve taksi ve otobüs durağına yürüme mesafesinde. Biz ulaşım konusunda zorlanmadık.

Incredible location as advertised. It’s on a private road and not many drivers knew of the place, because of the unnamed road there isn’t an easy address to plug in. The host gave us a pin when we were getting in that helped but without speaking Turkish it was a little bit of an effort to get our driver to the right location. Our parents arrived early and they were nice to allow them in despite us not communicating. Overall it’s hard to beat the views, and the pool was clean and a perfect temperature. I’d recommend a gas grill for the patio and upgraded pool loungers, but overall it’s as advertised and a special place to experience Turgutreis!

Die Unterkunft von Inge entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen! Das Häuschen war blitzsauber und modern, hatte alles was man brauchte. Die Kommunikation mit Inge war super, sie hat uns sogar von der Bushaltestelle abgeholt und - durch einen Zufall - konnten wir durch sie auch wieder zum Flughafen gelangen ohne Bus zu fahren. Würde diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Ruhe & Natur in unmittelbarer Nähe von Kos Stadt sucht.

We stayed in the house for a base to explore Kos. It is really well equipped house with everything down to the coffee pods and the shampoo. It’s spacious and light and in a quiet neighbourhood. There’s shops locally and you can walk into the town centre easily. A baker, supermarket and restaurant are all located within 5 minutes walk. I would stay here again if we return to Kos in the future

Super schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Kommunikation und Check-In und -out war unkompliziert. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

The little house quickly became a little home! It was like right out of Mamma Mia - super dreamy with such a beautiful view from the roof terrace. Dimitris was a wonderful host. He responded very quick and gave us amazing recommendations for Kos. His shop in Kos city is very nice and definitely worth a visit. We had quite a few ant-visitors, which was to be expected but something to be aware of. :)

Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Tolle Architektur und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns direkt sehr vollgefühlt. Die perfekte Unterkunft für einen entspannten ruhigen Urlaub auf Kos, perfekter Mix zwischen Erholung und Aktivitäten vor Ort. Strand ca. 2min Fußweg. Tolle Bars, Tavernen und Restaurants unmittelbar fußläufig erreichbar. Dennoch ist die Unterkunft durch ihre Lage und den separaten Innenhof sehr ruhig. Dimitrios und Evi sind die perfekten Gastgeber. Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während unseres Aufenthalts war super, schnelle Rückmeldungen auf unsere Fragen sowie hilfreiche Tipps / Organisation für bsp. Autovermietung und Flughafentransfer 😊 Liebe Evi, lieber Dimitrios vielen Dank für diesen Aufenthalt auf Kos, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Evin konumu harika yatak ve çarşaf temizliği çok iyi biz çok memnun kaldık

Bodrum’daki bu Airbnb, şimdiye kadar kaldığım en keyifli yerlerden biriydi. Konumu harika; sessiz ve huzurlu, ama Bodrum’un merkezine ve plajlara çok yakın. Ev modern ve konforlu bir şekilde döşenmiş, geniş ve aydınlık bir yaşam alanına sahip. Yataklar oldukça rahat ve evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey düşünülmüş. Bahçe alanı da çok güzeldi, özellikle sıcak günlerde serinlemek için mükemmeldi. Ev sahibi inanılmaz misafirperverdi; konaklama boyunca gösterdiği ilgiyle bizi çok mutlu etti. Burada kaldığım süre boyunca kendimi hem çok rahat hem de evimde gibi hissettim. Bodrum’u keşfetmek veya sadece dinlenmek isteyenler için ideal bir yer. Burada tekrar kalmayı kesinlikle dört gözle bekliyorum ve herkese tavsiye ederim!

Wow! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. What a treasure. The home is so peaceful, safe, clean, and comfortable. We had some of the best sleeps of our entire trip on the comfortable bed. The view is breathtaking and there is plenty of privacy and quiet time, with only a short taxi away from all the action. Zeki has thought of and prepared everything, and is very responsive and proactive. Zeki goes above and beyond. We were blown away by Zeki’s hospitality, generosity and kindness. He is truly a great man who loves his job, and it shows. This experience has touched our hearts and will stay with us for a long time. I cannot recommend it enough. We would not look anywhere else when returning to Bodrum, and I guarantee this is the best value for money you will get.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay in Tracey and Birol’s apartment very much! The location is super great and the apartment itself is very clean and cozy, with everything you need. Definitely would want to come back to this place for another stay here in Bodrum.

We had a fantastic stay at this holiday house! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed — a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a lovely outdoor space to relax in. The location was perfect for exploring the area, yet peaceful enough to unwind. Tatil için Bodrum inanılmaz güzel bir lokasyon. Bodrum’u ailecek çok seviyoruz. Ve kesinlikle Bodrum’da geçirdiğimiz en konforlu tatildi diyebilirim. Ev gerçekten tam da fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi, hatta daha bile güzeldi. Balkonun deniz manzarasına bayıldık.Sabah günü balkonun manzarasında karşılamak çok keyifliydi. Site de belirtildiği gibi sessiz, sakin ve güvenli, plaja yürüyerek inmek Bodrum gibi bir yerde bulunmaz nimet.Gerçekten plaja ulaşım çok kolay ve ücretsiz olması da yine çok büyük bir artıydı bizim için. Site içerisinde yer alan restoranı da denedik; o da oldukça lezzetliydi. Bazı günler site dışına çıkmaya bile gerek kalmadan burada yemeklerimizi yedik.Evin çok temizdi (ben kendim temizlik hastası olduğum için otellerde kalamıyorum o yüzden bu kısım benim için çok çok önem arz ediyordu). İhtiyacımız olan her şey evde mevcuttu.Konakladığımız bu periyotta gerçekten çok keyif aldık. Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve nazikti,her konuda yardımcı oldu.Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz.

Öncelikle biz Fatoş hanımı çok sevdik. Harika bir ev sahibi. İlgili ve son derece özenli. Evi çok temiz, büyük ve bakımlı bir bahçeye sahip, aynı zamanda da güvenli. Evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey var. Hatta çok daha fazlası var. Kediler de bonusu. Özellikle Leyla'yı çok özleyecek gibiyiz. Tabii bahçeyi de... Burada sizi adeta harikalar diyarına davet eden bir bahçe var. Amacınız her gün koştur koştur bir yerlere gitmek değil de gerçekten biraz mola vermekse bahçedeki ağacın altında dinleneceğinize çok eminiz. Tabii dışarı çıkmak istediğinizde mahalle de çok yakın, yürüme mesafesinde. Ancak ev biraz daha mahallenin üstünde kaldığı için denize veya marketlere gitmek için araçla gelmenizi/kiralamanızı tavsiye ediyoruz. Kısacası Bitez’in kalbinde, her yere oldukça yakın ama bir o kadar da sakin ve huzurlu bir ev arıyorsanız gönül rahatlığıyla burayı tercih edebilirsiniz. Biz şimdiden özledik bile. :)
