My apartment is centrally located within walking distance to the beach (7 min walk), grocery stores, local market, ATMs, bus stop, sports facilities. In addition, this charming apartment, which has bright rooms that receive light all day and a spacious balcony, is on the 2nd floor of a 2-storey building. There is parking available for those with vehicles, and for those without, the stop is right in front of the house. I have prepared my house completely in line with my experience, especially from long-term guests :) I wish you a nice holiday.

All rooms are air conditioned. Washing machine, dishwasher, wi-fi, smart tv, private parking. There is a balcony with a view on the upper floor and a private 120 m2 garden on the lower floor. You can have a good time in the garden. Our house is in the center of Bodrum, you can go swimming and popular places on foot.

Bardakçi beach hidden up the road or go back in time along the Myndos walk way and explore all the ancient history and archaeological sites around locally.

The location of the villa makes it ideal to visit all of the Bodrum Peninsula with a local bus route nearby, a short drive takes you to the town of Bodrum or the nearby resort of Bitez. Renovated December 2022 the villa now has a larger living room and Sauna!

The 2nd floor and terrace of the 2-storey villa with Lebiderya sea view are rented. My house is located in Geriş, a quiet area of Yalıkavak. On the upper floor of the apartment, there is a terrace with a Lebiderya sea view for your exclusive use The apartment consists of a living room, (160x200 cm visco bed for 2 people), bathroom/WC, open kitchen, and balcony. It is approximately 50 square meters. Since the location of our site is on a hill, it is recommended to come by car.
