Wonderful Jungle Villa (private pool)

DURING THIS DAYS WE ARE TAKING EXTRA CONTROL AND PRECAUTIONS ON THE CLEANING: WE USE SPECIAL PRODUCTS TO SANITIZER ALL THE AREAS OF THE VILLA. OUR STAFF USE GLOVES AND MASK ALL THE TIME. This peaceful home is part of Holistika, a yoga and wellness center. Minimalist decor with natural wood and cool stone accents add to the sense of calm. Doze in the garden hammock beneath twinkling fairy lights and float in the villa's private pool. Located in the new residential development called “Holistika" (wellness center and yoga center). Just side to the center of Tulum, in a unique park. This new neighborhood offers nature and wellness. The Villa is composed of three bedrooms, two of them have a king size bed with a full bathroom (one with bathtub) and the other has two queen beds with a shower room separated. We have a TV room with a sofa that can be used as a bed. Fully-equipped (TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen, oven, freezer, coffee machine, fans, air-conditioning in each room, washer/dryer) with a beautiful “palapa”, garden an a private swimming pool. The resort offers many holistic treatments and fun activities onsite. Restaurants, craft boutiques, and a bakery are within walking distance. Stunning local beaches, remarkable archeological sites, and downtown Tulum are a short drive or cycle away. It's really easy and safety to use transports in Tulum. Walking, biking, taxi service or car rental service. A new bicycle pathway allows you to bike to the beach easily!

Fully furnished designer house with 3 bedrooms king size beds and view/access to jump into the pool (55 feet long) perfect for a morning swim. The house is very well located in a nice area called la Veleta where you will find restaurants, bakeries/coffee shop and small grocery shop at walkable distance. The place is very quiet and private with 2 nice terraces where you will enjoy a beautiful evening for an outdoor dinning with a barbecue. Safe and secure house with private parking for 2 cars.

BEACH FRONT ! In the heart of tulum beach road. Open your bedroom window and step into the sand.... It's doesn't get better than this. Luxury is a morning coffee, facing the water at sunrise and from your own place. The hardest choice is whether you will go for a morning dip first or coffee. The property holds a private beach, ideally located just between two famous hotels. At night you can wander around the beach road and all it's famous restaurants and shops. This property is a GEM.
