Loved my stay here. Great attention to detail, nothing was missing from the Airbnb! Loved the rooftop pool, overall an amazing place to stay at.

Things to note: The bed is not very comfortable The unit is right off the road, there is an extra door to lower volume from the street but you can still hear motorcycles drive by. Bring your own towels and an extra pillow if you can. Bring trash bags and anything you need to eat food. If there is any lightning the power will go out which in turn will make the water go out as well, as water is pumped by electricity. We were out of power and water the first night for about 8 hours which wasn’t too bad. Adora employees are very friendly and the place is beautiful to stay at, you would think the restaurant would be expensive and bad but it was the opposite. The quesadilla was wonderful and the guac was over flowing. Drinks are also about half the price you would pay in town. The location is good because it’s in the middle of hotel zone and downtown. The hosts always respond right away which is good. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Adora!

I spent a week at this apartment in May. I was mostly working - it's a great spot for digital nomads. The photos accurately reflect the apartment. But it's better than it looks. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is functional. The couch / loveseat is comfy. The bedroom patio is shaded. The AC works perfectly - it was hot when I was there. The upstairs pool is really nice, a pleasant place to chill and relax (and work). The shared rooftop pool also is relaxing and chill, a good place to swim and work. I also really liked the neighborhood - much more than I thought I would. It's quiet, even though you're in the middle of Tulum. You look out over the treetops and hear / see birds. I liked Tulum town a lot, just strolling. The kind woman at the front desk recommended Taqueria Honoria, and it was superb - Mayan tacos and tortas, things I had never had before. Finally, Mariana was a helpful host. All in all, it was a great stay - I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is a lovely property, you and your family/friends won't be disappointed! The property is spacious and has everything you need. We felt like we were at home. Also, the building has an amazing pool which our kids used in the evenings but what we loved the most was their coffee shop. We didn't have to go far to find excellent coffee and pastries. You're also able to order full meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner), we only had breakfast once but the food was delicious. Diana responded immediately to any our concerns, we'll be staying here again.

This is a great place to stay, plenty of space open and light great views over the landscape. Nice and private it’s away from the bust Tulum centre and beach strip. A rental car or motorcycle is helpful as you need to travel to access the local attractions. But it suited our needs perfectly a great space to relax after lots of travelling.

By far one of the most Beautiful Airbnbs. In perfect location right in between the city and the beaches. The perfect destination for serenity! Will be back soon!

I enjoyed my stay at Naj Tulum. It is immaculate, the host is great, and the security is amazing. My stay was so peaceful. You can rent a bike, and there is a rooftop pool as well. This location is close to vegan restaurants and the town. Raquel is the best! I would stay again.

I loved my stay in Tulum. It's super close to the supermarket that has EVERYTHING. It's not in the heart of centro Tulum but a little walk would take you to any restaurant you want to go in the area.

This place was perfect for a romantic getaway! The location was great as it close to downtown and about 15 minutes from the beach. The hosts was great at accommodating our stay as they had ATV rentals available for us to get around town easier. They provided helmets and pick-up/drop-off of the ATV. Every issue we ran in to, they had a quick solution. Nice quiet area that felt safe. Would definitely recommend for an intimate space that is not too far from the party and beauty of Tulum!

Miranda’s penthouse in La Veleta was everything we dreamed of — and more! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning jungle views, the floor-to-ceiling windows, and that private pool right off the bedroom… total paradise! The space is impeccably designed with a perfect mix of modern luxury and natural charm — every detail feels intentional and soothing. Waking up to the sunrise and lounging on the balcony with the breeze flowing through the suite was unforgettable. The bed was super comfortable, the WiFi was fast, and everything was spotless. Plus, Miranda was an incredible host — super responsive, thoughtful, and full of great local tips. This is hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. If you’re thinking of booking this penthouse, do it. You won’t regret it!

Paola's accommodation is great, both the room and the private terrace with its small private pool, perfect for couples. The condominium is very nice, with a large rooftop pool, gym and security. Paola responds and answers any questions very quickly and very well. I highly recommend it

My second time staying here; I love it

Honestly, a timeless place! Indeed, access is a bit complicated in this area under construction but taxis usually find it easily, and we can also ask the reception to order one for us. The place itself is just magical, gym facing the sunrise and extraordinary pool. Outdoor kitchen, shower, everything was there! I recommend it was perfect.

Great spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. With a car or taxi it's not far from a lot of cool cenotes or any of the other attractions. it's also a short walk from the center where there's food, small markets, stores, etc. Vicente was great! Patient, accomodating, and responsive always, and made sure me and the other guests were comfortable. Emiliano was attentive and very helpful as well. The space, indoors and the patio area behind where we were, were all beautiful! Looking forward to coming back ASAP <3

Absolutely loved my stay in Tulum! The rooftop pool had breathtaking views, perfect for relaxing and taking it all in. The place felt very modern, extremely clean, and incredibly comfortable. I also felt safe and secure the entire time, which made the stay even more enjoyable. While you would probably want to drive to most amenities, it’s easy to get around by bike or a rented moped, which are available all over. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and stylish getaway!

The place was a perfect space for me and my partner to use, the private pool in the back was however unusable as the water was dirty however may be seasonal, they did however let us have a later check out because of a later transfer bus we had to catch. It is also located in the perfect spot of Tulum near heaps of bars and restaurants and the complimentary bikes came in useful. Security at the hotel were also helpful to book us taxis.

The Airbnb was great. It had great amenities, was very clean and not far from the center. Arturo always responded quickly, so check-in and check-out went smoothly. I would always come back!

We had a great stay here. Lots of space especially with two floors. Comfortable bed, sheets and pillows, and furniture. Lots of light and a great space on the second floor to hang out and have fun. The views from every window are really nice, and the private pool on the rooftop lounge is quite unique and special. Washing machine definitely a needed bonus for us. Fully functional kitchen, although we didn’t really need to cook with all the great food options around. The restaurant on site was simple and delicious and the staff were wonderful. The property itself is gorgeous, with greenery everywhere, peaceful walking paths, nice pools, a cenote and a basic gym with AC. Would recommend renting a scooter or be comfortable walking on a bumpy dirt road to get to the main street and cross it to reach la valeta which is totally walkable. Or take a taxi to aldea zama nearby which is walkable and cute. Beach was about a 10 minute drive and city center a 5 minute drive.

Excellent service, good location and a very nice place

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nick and Gem's Air bnb! The apartment itself is beautiful and comes with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It definitely gives off "home away from home" vibes. The garden area is gorgeous- having bamboo trees as a divider between the patio and pool is a great touch and adds a level of privacy from the other villas. Nick and Gem are fantastic hosts and great communicators. We really appreciated the handover they left us and took their advice to eat at an amazing restaurant called El Bodegón which is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. It's so good we ate there twice ☺️ Overall, we can't wait to come back!

Great amenities including the gym, pool, cenote and several hot tubs/smaller pools. Great location in centro close to many restaurants and short drive to cenotes.
