Living area: Living room (42 sqm) with adjoining kitchen, 2 bedrooms (14 sqm each), bathroom, toilet and entrance hall. Living room with dining table for 4 to 6 people and sofa bed (150 cm). Direct access from the living room to the terrace (20 square meters) with a generous seating set. Bus to Vienna (city limit 3 km/center 20) runs every half hour. Two supermarkets on site.
