The loft beds are accessible via a ladder and a filigree "net bridge" and require surefootedness. The pine wood on the walls gives the house a rustic cosiness and a pleasant scent. A pellet stove and radiators provide cosy warmth in winter.

2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare all meals, but the fireplace in the garden can also be used as a grill. Several supermarkets, bakeries and outlets are within walking distance. In a few minutes you are in the Black Forest, on the Swabian Alps or Hohenzollern Castle.

What can you reach in a 15-minute walk: In just a 5-minute walk you are at Ludwigsburg Palace, in 10 minutes at the baroque market square of the city center. A bus stop to the city center and to Ludwigsburg train station is a 2-minute walk away. From Ludwigsburg train station, trains run to Stuttgart every 10 minutes. The journey time is about 15 minutes.

Come to rest and relax. Take a walk in the woods or go to the outdoor pool in summer. In winter, it's not far to Böblingen to the thermal baths. The location is ideal south of Stuttgart between Herrenberg and Tübingen. Our guests have made excursions from here to the Alb, the Black Forest, Lake Constance and even as far as Neuschwanstein.
