Tübingen is a university town, so our house in Schönblick is actually a student house. Here students live in shared apartments on two floors, the hosts on the first floor. The basement apartment is a high-quality, bright and cozy 1-room apartment with 36 sqm, a spacious bathroom and a new, fully equipped fitted kitchen. From the hallway of the apartment, the doors to the basement rooms/heating system go off. The hallway must therefore not be locked.

In a brick house from the 1920s, on the 2nd floor, there is a spacious, newly renovated apartment for up to 6 people. On 86 m² you will find a cozy living room with a sofa bed, two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet and a balcony. Beautiful modern apartment near the train station

Hey dear guests, The apartment is newly renovated and is very centrally located in Tübingen. The train station is a five-minute walk and the city is also within a five- walk away. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Nevertheless, the area is quite quiet, and you can easily retreat. Modern, Well-Styled Apartment w/ Garage Parking

A spacious, modern 61sqm apartment, perfectly located in Lustnau-Tübingen. A bus stop is located directly in front of the building and there's a reserved parking spot in the underground garage. There's one bedroom with a king sized bed (180x200) and a sofa-bed (140x200) in the living room with a movable wall for added privacy. A covered terrace with a lawn in the back makes for a perfect, quiet getaway.

The very bright, centrally located apartment is located in the basement of a Gründerzeit villa. 5-minute walk to the old town, bus stop and bakery with café ("Kaffeekränzle") 100 m away. Free parking next to the house. Basic amenities are available in the kitchenette. Linens, towels, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer are provided. Washer and dryer are free to use.

One-room apartment in a central and calm neighborhood. It comes with own terrace and fully equipped kitchen corner. Access is via stairs directly from the building's entrance. The apartment has a diner table, a desk and a living room table. The two beds can be arranged as two standard singles or one extra-king bed.

Small and nice

Distance to the old town: 15 minutes' walk Distance to the clinics: 10 minutes' walk. Parking a car is possible on the street in front of the house, but is subject to a fee during the day. My place is in a very nice, quiet, mid-altitude, south-facing location and is good for business travelers.
