I had a great time at this home. Gian is very fast at responding with any of my queries which was a massive help. The home was extremely clean and welcoming as soon as you step through the door. This is ideal for someone who wants to be 10-15 minutes drive away from Baguio centre without having to deal with the traffic. I didn’t have a car but there were plenty of taxis and jeepney waiting at the subdivision gate every time I wanted to go into Baguio centre. Overall a great experience!

This place is actually a perfect spot to stay in Baguio! It’s just a 10-minute walk to Burnham Park and other key locations. Very accessible, and it’s truly located in Baguio City Proper—close to SM, Maharlika Building, Baguio City Public Market, Night Market, and more. It’s also near grocery stores and restaurants. As for the place itself, we really felt at home. The unit is very clean, and you can do light cooking. It also has a working heater and a bidet, which are definitely essential when you're in Baguio. Arthur was very accommodating from the get go even when we still hadn't met in person. He gave me and family a very warm welcome and even helped us carry our luggages. Arthur's place gives you that traditional homey feels and gets very cold at night to early morning, which is something you'd yearn for everytime you are in Baguio. The way it overlooks the picturesque view really provides the greatest plus points. It's spacious and a perfect place to chil/ relax after a long day.

Fred's Artpartment was perfect for our large group trip to Baguio! The space was incredibly comfortable and spacious enough for 10 of us. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which was a lifesaver. We loved having the well-equipped kitchen and the living room with large television. The location is very accessible to the tourist attractions in the city. We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

Everything in it is top notch, from the body wash and shampoo, to the appliances and furniture, as in. Utensils, plates, pots, pans, towels, sheets, all great quality. 2. The house is surprisingly spacious. We were a group of 12 adults and we spent most of our time together on the ground floor and just retired to our rooms when it was time to sleep. Never did the house feel crowded. Just note that the flights of stairs would be challenging for senior companions to navigate. 3. The location is very safe and secure. 4. This property is much more impressive in person than in the photos. The photographs don't fully capture its beauty. 5. Joana and Arvin are superb hosts! They were incredibly responsive and helpful from the moment we inquired about the property until after we checked out. In short, this property exceeded all expectations!

I rarely give feedbacks, but our stay here was totally worth it. Sobrang accomodating ng host. Ang ganda rin ng place, sobrang naging comfortable kami, sobrang sulit siya for the price. Shu is very responsive at any time. He assisted us in recharging our car's battery. His property is well-organized and kept clean. When our cat pees on the blanket, he is very kind. Our staycation was truly enjoyable. And we will be back in his property again.

Kim's place is okay. 👍 Extremely quiet even far from the city itself while I'm relaxed and unwind with the cool weather that was far from high heat index in Manila and low lying land this Hot Summer. 🥶 And easy access to his place from my needs of buying goods in their grocery store and laundry shop dahil galing ako ng Bolinao nun to quickly wash my clothes on a rush. And nearest to my itinerary to Atok and Strawberry Farm when I'm ride on my bike. 🚵 And also using his garage along with his car to park my bike. In general, i'm enjoying staying kahit solo ko lang ang apartment nya with Peace of Mind at nakakapagluto pa ako ng sariling pagkain with the use of their utensils. Will staying and booking it again pero ndi ko pa alam kung kelan ulit ako aakyat ulet ng Baguio at Benguet. Thanks a lot! 😉

Enjoyed the place. Always our go to. Not too far from the city proper, walking distance of everything kung pasyal ang hanap mo. The unit is big enough and really nice. If anything, additional utensils for a family like us who mainly cooks food during our stay (and sorry if may mga naiwan kaunti hindi super nalinis, was caught up sa public market in the morning, and ran out of time to clean the unit before checking out) Also bidet? Para easier haha. But all in all, it was a very pleasant stay and will surely come back next time.

the location was very convenient and near main attractions in the city center. thanks to this airbnb, we're able to save a lot because we're just walking most of the time. it's a plus points that the victoria bakery is just in front of cedar peak. i would definitely recommend this to friends and family.
