Stephen & Michelle's airbnb home was great! Worth every buck! The area was quiet, private, and peaceful. The description and pictures, perfectly matched everything in person. It's a few minutes away indeed from the hustle of the city so its a great deal to be able to stay at thier airbnb home. Cheers!

We love the place! It felt like a home away from home. The spacious living room was our favorite. The rooms are all very spacious as well. The kitchen is complete. We used Kai’s place as the prep location for our wedding. The photographers were able to capture a lot of great shots and there was a lot of space for our hair and makeup artists. I’m still giving this listing 5 stars even though there was no internet during the majority of our stay. It was out of the host’s control and he compensated by giving us free drinking water and free late check-out. Our family enjoyed the bonfire as well. Overall, I’m so glad that I found Kai’s place. It was way better than staying in a hotel. The place is close enough that you can just walk to session road in less than 15mins. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet. The price is very reasonable. Will definitely go back and we will recommend Kai’s place to our friends.

The place was just as described—clean, cozy, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the host was very friendly and responsive throughout our booking. We really appreciated how homey and quiet the place was, perfect for a restful visit to Baguio. One thing to note: while the house itself is great, the roads leading to it (and many parts of Baguio) are very steep and narrow. If you're bringing a car or not used to mountain driving, just be prepared. It might be a bit challenging at first, but manageable with caution. Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable and peaceful home base in Baguio!

Very clean & accessible to the city proper

The place is very clean n arrange well. They have wifi and tv also kitchen stuff. Only thing they don’t provide the towels.. additional payment for the towels if you requested it. We accidentally broke one of the plate due to big space between the plate holder,, I just pay it because we’re the one who’s responsible for it. Over all our stay is very good.. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

It's a great, new condo in a great location of Baguio. I really recommend spending some time on the roof top terrace when visiting, as the view from up there is breath taking! I'd stay here again for my next visit.

Nice AirBNB townhouse for the price. Spacious and on a super quiet street in a safe gated subdivision. 2 bedrooms (1 with queen bed and the other with 2 single beds) both upstairs. 2 CR (1 up 1 down). Dirty kitchen and refrigerator. Fireplace. Nice and comfortable furniture. The caregiver is wonderful and really adds value to our stay. It is easy to use Grab for food delivery or rides. Also, the guard will hail a taxi quickly… you can be in the town center in 10 minutes but have your peace and quiet. It is walking distance to PureGold grocery. ms Lisa will meet you at Kape Umali for checkin. She responds quickly to any questions. We asked for an electric kettle to make a hot tabo bath and she brought one to us in less than 1 minute. Both upstairs and downstairs CR have heaters but the low water pressure upstairs could not keep the hot water on. The downstairs heater worked great! Hygiene products are not provided and towels are ₽50 each. Extra water container is ₽50 after the first.

We had a great stay at this spacious and clean house in Baguio. It was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The caretaker was nice and let us check in early, though they were a little slow to respond sometimes. But they did check in with us before we checked out, which was good. The place was easy to find if you follow the Waze directions. One small improvement would be the cabinets, it could use a little cleaning as there were some items left inside. Overall, it was a nice stay, and we’d recommend it!

Generally, we were satisfied with our stay. It is a house and a home, especially if you are with your family members and loved ones. We had a fantastic stay at Mariel's place! The property was exactly as shown in the pics though there are more that lived up to our expectations. One comfy room and a CR on the first floor and four snug rooms and another toilet and bathroom with a huge bathtub on the second. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully constructed, with all the cooking amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. You will truly admire the wooden walls. Imagine, a semi billiard table upon entering the house! Just bring your towels and toiletries. Ms Mariel was friendly and responsive, making check-in seamless. The location although not that perfect, but served our purpose and still peaceful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable, cozy, and convenient stay!

the location is super accessible and convenient! There's a cafe downstairs, so you don't have to worry about starving. The food tastes great as well! The staff are very nice, and accommodating; the room itself is very clean, and everything works well. If anything, my only complaint would be that the water dispenser does not have a cold setting, and could only dispense hot, or lukewarm water. We'll definitely book here again when we return! Thank you.

The apartment was exactly as described – clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. Communication with Bryan and was smooth and quick. Eugene, the caretaker was accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely come back! 💜

We had a great experience at this Airbnb in Baguio City, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the area.

House is old but clean. Complete of kitchen utensils. Place is good for family or big groups. Spacious and with big bedrooms with T&B. Good for bonding with friends and family. Location is accessible and near the mansion and mines view park. Caretaker is also friendly and approachable. Always happy to assist and very accomodating. Place would be perfect if there's any karaoke, board games or billiards. A bit uncomfortable for elderly as you need to climb up the stairs to enter the villa. The bedrooms are also located in 2nd and 3rd floor. My family loved the place ❤️

Ralph's place is awesome and highly recommended. We held our annual family reunion at his place in Baguio. We are a large family of almost 40 people and it was big enough to accommodate us all. The rooms have high quality bunk beds and the teens and kids enjoyed the very spacious attic where they all slept together. Furthermore, the parking that can accommodate up to 6 cars and the backyard campfire truly made this place remarkable.
