Vacation rentals with beach access in Tuba

Our stay exceeded expectations. The location was perfect, right in front of the beach, Agoo Baywalk, and near Agoo Ecopark. The host was welcoming, and the caretaker was especially kind, hard-working, and accommodating. Convenient food and drink stalls were nearby, and we enjoyed the live band at Banniit Bar & Grill. We originally planned to stay for one night only but decided to extend for another day due to the beautiful view, great ambiance, and excellent service. Place is highly recommended as it offers great value for the price.

What we loved most about our stay was the beachfront location and the fully equipped kitchen. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful, providing extras like an additional bath mat, kitchen mat, trash bags, and drinking water. The internet was fast, and having Netflix was a great bonus—perfect whether you're working remotely by the beach or relaxing indoors with a movie.

I had a great time at this beachfront rental with awesome ocean views and a perfect spot for beach walks, but it would be better if they had a way to get non-salty water in the bathroom.

First, the location was great, and the resort was as advertised. Facilities were adequate and the room was clean. Our stay was definitely saved by the staff that was present at the time we checked in as there was a problem with the resort apparently not being aware of our reservation and that it is not part of ArBnb anymore. The staff was respectful and tried to accommodate us as we agreed to wait until a room became available and not waste our trip on a technicality. Overall it was our experience with the staff that will bring us back to Sierra Vista. Thank you.

The house is 10min away from the beach and 5min from the main road. Host was friendly and responsive. The unit featured spacious enough rooms, though the bathroom was somewhat small. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and fresh linens available. Note to Europeans: the roaming dogs from the surroundings wont bite you, so ignore them😁

I'm a kind of person who loves travel any places and visited private beaches, but this ADM III resort was perfectly suits my taste not just the ambiance ,clean surroundings, complete kitchen basic needs but for security reasons that me and my friends are all safe for the entire stay. To the owner and staffs kudos to all of you, wishing we could back next year for another venture in my bucket list . lastly thank you Sir Hans for politely response my query..☺️

Great stay and value for money

OMG! I had such a great stay over the weekend! The location was perfect, the room was cozy and clean, and the owner were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated the attention to detail and all the little extras that made my stay so enjoyable. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable and relaxing experience!

Everything was fantastic! The place itself was beautiful, clean, and absolutely perfect for capturing stunning photos. However, parking was a bit of a challenge. The sand was very soft, and unfortunately, our car got stuck. Luckily, the caretakers and neighbors were incredibly friendly and helpful. While a microwave for reheating leftovers would have been convenient, it's a minor detail compared to the overall experience. We had a great time overall, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.

Filipinas is an incredibly helpful host, even going out of her way to help our group when our flight got cancelled. The location is right off the main road AND right on the ocean making it a terrific place for our stay. One thing that would be helpful is to share the precise coordinates of the place for ease of finding it with smartphone maps.

Great place and very near the beach! All our requests were attended to and provided. Ms. Aurora is very easy to communicate with also. Our team really enjoyed the karaoke 🙇🏻‍♀️🫶🏼 Will definitely book this again!

The host is very accommodating, friendly, and well round off (feels like you have your own butler). Nanay marlyn (the cook) cooks very good dishes. You don’t need to bring baon because she can cook (filipino food)whatever you like. Over all the experience was great, cheap price, and homie vibes.

House is well equipped with basic house necessities. It has sufficient rooms and wide parking spaces plus a beautiful and well taken cared garden. A family with 6 members can well fit in the house. The cost per night is a bargain. Both the owner and caretaker are very accommodating and are just one call away.

The resort was just - if not better - than advertised. The pool is a clear central point for the resort and everything kind of wraps around it, which creates a sense of continuity and openness for the place. The outdoor kitchen and dining area is a nice touch — it’s adjacent to the pool and a great place for everyone to congregate, while still being able to see what’s going on in the pool area (great if you have kids in your party; or in making everyone feel together). The resort is large enough to accommodate big groups — we had 30 people and it never felt like we were on top of each other given all the nooks available. Kitchen is fully equipped, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and comes with its own bathroom (huge plus). The resort is just a short walk to the beach. The caretakers were also very friendly and attentive. Had a great stay overall; would especially enjoyed recommend the resort for big groups!
