Charming, comfy, and the perfect spot in Waterford We loved our stay at this apartment! It’s the perfect mix of modern style and historic charm—super clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The furniture was so comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed (plus all the appliances were up-to-date, which was a nice bonus). The location is great—just a short walk to the canal path and locks, which made for some really lovely morning strolls. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, helpful, and very easy to communicate with. All in all, a wonderful stay in a really special place. Would definitely come back!

I can't express how wonderful Anna was as a host! She went above and beyond in every way, from accommodating a last-minute booking when my original plans fell through, to being incredibly understanding and flexible throughout the process. Her communication was prompt, friendly, and professional from start to finish. Anna even went the extra mile by stocking the space with ironing starch when I mentioned needing it for a business event but couldn't get it through my Target pickup order. That kind of thoughtful attention to guest needs is exceptional! The Airbnb itself was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with all the basics needed for a business trip. The location is perfectly convenient to everything in the area, and the space was wonderfully quiet for a good night's rest. I couldn't have been more pleased with my stay and would absolutely book with Anna again!

Not just a regular apartment, the studio is above the garage so you have your very own private space. Additionally, the space is located further into the woods away from any neighbors, perfect if you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. John was very kind and made sure we were settling in comfortably.

Had an excellent stay at Keith’s place! Everything was clean and as described. Keith even reached out to us to let us know we can check in early if we wanted. It’s literally 2mins from Skidmore which is the reason we were there and I couldn’t recommend it more. Will be back when we are in town again.

This is an outstanding property. Great location, walking distance to downtown and the track. The unit was the most well appointed AirBnb I’ve ever visited. Garth and Gina are proactive and very responsive. I’ll definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Brenda’s home during Christmas week. Me, my mom and Scarlett the dog visited Troy to see my brother and his wife. We felt at home in Brenda’s home. It was comfy and cozy. So many thoughtful amenities were left for us. There was no shortage of blankets and pillows which was great being it was freezing outside. The neighbors were friendly and her husband showed up to shovel snow and put down salt. The house was immaculate. As people who own a cleaning service this was very important to us. The house was on a dead and street so it was quiet. The location was great and we were able to get to all areas of Troy by car easily. We will definitely be back. Thank you 😊

Jia place was great. Very spacious and plenty of things to do. It was very clean. The entire process was super simple. We enjoyed it quite a bit.

This home is perfect for a family gathering in Albany. The bedrooms were spacious and on three different levels, so everyone had privacy when needed. The eat-in kitchen with large table easily sat all 6 of us for shared meals. We loved the location, so close to all the highways yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood.

We had a fabulous time up at Jiminy Peak and being right on the mountain at Shana’s place made it very easy to enjoy the many things to do. Shana is a great host and her unit was perfect for our family of 5. Our younger two tried counting all of the gnomes in every room. We recently stayed at Andrew's condo, and it was nothing short of amazing! The location couldn't be better – right next to the slopes with easy accessibility to the mountain and the ski rental place. We were a group of two families, totaling 6 kids and 4 adults, and the condo was the perfect accommodation for our ski trip. The kids were thrilled with their bunkbed rooms, each equipped with their own TVs, providing a cozy and entertaining space for them to unwind after a day on the slopes. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax and spend quality time together. The highlight for both kids and adults was undoubtedly the hot tub and pool. After a day of skiing, it was pure bliss to soak in the hot tub and enjoy the breathtaking views. A special shoutout to Andrew, our fantastic host! He was incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and stress-free.

I had a wonderful weekend staying in Joe’s airbnb. It was conveniently located to the town of Windham, waterfalls, swimming holes and a short drive to Zoom Flume. The place was equipped with everything needed and was spotless. We certainly enjoyed barbecuing on the deck and going into hot tub after a long day of hiking. We will definitely love to come back in the winter to sit by the fireplace and enjoy the view.
