This is a cozy lake house that has a sunny warm porch with couches and tables . We have a phone charging station and games for guests to enjoy . You walk into a living room with a large TV and dining room . The kitchen is small but modern with a dishwasher , coffee pot , and dishes . There is a porch attached to the back of the kitchen overlooking the beautiful lake! Please note: There is no lake access. Full basement with washer and dryer and a sitting area with games and dart board. No pets

Barn Stay at Shadowbrook Farm

Welcome to the Shadowbrook Farm Stay. Tucked in the hills of upstate New York, this 1700's Shaker barn has been restored into a beautiful guest house. It sits upon a two hundred acre working pasture raised meat farm. This barn was used to hold, and milk cows for two hundred and fifty years. Guests will have access to portions of the farm lands which are highlighted on the maps provided in the Farm Stay manual. If you follow the farm road, you are able to meet every farm animal on the property!

The 3 bedrooms are attractive and comfortable and sleep up-to six guests. Master bedroom has a private bathroom and a main bathroom is centrally located. Not wheelchair accessible at this time as there are stairs into the house. Multi level porches and a large patio with seating areas.

The apartment is entire upstairs of back of our farm brewery & taproom. Open space includes living/dining/work space & bedroom; bathroom has small claw foot tub with shower. Queen-sized memory foam bed; twin day bed (extra twin mattress beneath). HD TV, wifi, private deck, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot tea kettle and k-cup coffeemaker. Complimentary pint of craft beer in taproom. Located in a private setting in a hollow in the Taconic Mountains.

Set on 38 acres, the home is influenced by Irish equestrians. Its owner Kelli spent time learning from some of the best horseman in Ireland who resided in their own “Hunt Box”or small living quarters connected directly to the barn. The large floor to ceiling windows allow you to experience watching the horses in their natural state. The space provides guests with the small, simple and beautiful moments of being an equestrian. This cabin is our most romantic cabin on the property. Our gigantic rain shower in the bathroom has an 8'x5' wall mirror and a French door that opens out to the forest. Watch the boats pass by as you enjoy the views from this stylish riverfront camp in the heart of the Capital District. Towpath Landing is a collection of 19 waterfront cabins that I am bringing back to life. Cabin 9 has expansive views of the Erie Canal/Mohawk River, fully stocked kitchen with granite, huge front porch with table, gas grill and relaxing chairs PLUS a screened in back porch for relaxing with a woods view. Kayaks & tubes at the common area between 9 &10.

Cozy Retreat in the Trees

Time travel to 1958 in this architectural gem! This mid-century modern glass and wood cabin is 300 yards away from a charming small lake. The house is NOT on the lake itself, but it is surrounded by trees in a lovely secluded spot. The only heat is a wood stove... but there is a 4-person cedar barrel sauna in the woods that is electric. A classic 1952 Spartanette travel trailer serves as an extra bedroom. This is a true retreat for romance and adventure.
