Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Troy

We really enjoyed our stay in this home, which has a great location near the waterfront. The house itself is cozy and beautifully decorated, perfectly blending charm with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed, which ensured restful nights after long walks exploring the waterfront and the town of Walkerville. Sierra was very responsive and promptly answered any questions I had. The home was very nice and updated. The location is close to many eateries and in a safe neighborhood.

Michael is a fantastic host: quick to reply, genuinely kind, and proactive about making sure we had everything we needed. The home is packed with thoughtful amenities, from well-stocked kitchen essentials to entertainment options that kept the kids happy for hours. The surrounding area is just as inviting, giving the whole family plenty to explore and enjoy. highly recommend!

Great place to stay! Great safe location. My whole family felt at home and host was super responsive. I will say if you have kids that get a little noisy that could be an issue as this is a duplex and there is some type of noise monitor in the house. Other than that everything was amazing and I would definietly book again.

This home was perfect for me. Clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The bed was great, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the Wi-Fi was strong if you need to work (which I did). It’s in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and felt safe. Shannon was a fantastic host. Friendly, communicative, accommodating. I’d happily stay again. Highly recommend!

Visited to spend a week with family and friends in town and the location and size of home was great! It was perfectly situated near coffee shops and restaurants as well as towards the surrounding areas we were visiting. There were plenty of games in the home to play and the 2 smart TVs were a nice amenity.

Really loved the location and the surrounding area. Living room is right now to the lake. The view is pristine and peaceful. The house is beautiful and clean, and you are feet’s away from the lake. The host was amazing suggesting restaurants and things to do. Will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Navy Yard Flats. Prime location, beautiful unit, responsive host. Jason was lovely. Very helpful and went above & beyond. We liked the central location. Parking was manageable for us. Our boys loved playing in the park across the street and ice cream shop next door. I loved the cafes close by. If you are a light sleep or have Littles, I would bring a fan for the one bedroom. Overall it was a great stay and we will be booking again with Jason this summer.

This was my first Airbnb stay and it was great. The stairs are super steep, that’s my only concern because of my bad knee, but I’d still stay there again. The unit was very clean, organized and all the furniture was very comfortable. The location was great, the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. The host was helpful and quickly responded. My flight was delayed almost 6 hours and he made sure the front light was on for me. 😊

We had a pleasant stay, just a couple small quirks to the place we didn't anticipate, maybe I didn't read the listing close enough, but host was responsive and friendly. Perks were it's a spacious stay and has a comfortable bed. TV and fireplace are nice. Quirks are is a first floor apartment complex with a tenant above and there were banging noises above that kept waking us up. Host responded they'd ask the neighbor to keep down the noise, a great option, however the noise kept happening seemingly every time we tried to sleep. Bath towels are located under the bed in a plastic drawer, which isn't correct from the description given "in dresser" and there were no towels in the bathroom initially, which really confused us. The shower is well water based and has a horrible odor, not much the host can do about this but it made showering quite uncomfortable. I still rated 5 stars due to these being minor quirks, overall the stay was peaceful.

The place was great. Loved the decor!!! It felt like a hotel stay. Very clean and organized. It was comfortable and Em was a great host. She was very kind, patient and accommodating.

I’m very pleased with the time Oshin allowed me to stay in her place, due to my house fire. This allowed me time to take my time and find a new home. I greatly appreciate her hospitality, and would recommend to anyone.

Great place to stay in a central but still quiet location!

First time stay on a trip back to visit family. Enjoyed the walkable neighborhood, local restaurants and such a comfortable bed/beautiful home.

I wish we could had enjoy the downstairs uni more. Its quiet neighbourhood and the house was clean. I enjoyed the fire place. The house was alright. I enjoy looking out the window. The basement unit gets plenty of sun. ☀️ I love the nearby restaurants and scenery. We LOVED this area Walmart and farm shops.

It was our second time staying at Ian's place, we had a great time once again! Easy to find and in a nice and safe neighborhood. The small appartments make it easy to have privacy even when travelling as a group. Highly recommend!

Zarifa is simply the best host out there. Very responsive, attentive and polite. She truly wants your stay to be the best. I would book with her every time if I could!

I highly recommend this house. I spent a week there and found it to be very peaceful, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. I’d also like to highlight how incredible Blessing is—attentive, kind, and always ready to help throughout my stay.

This place absolutely perfect! Zoha and Samina went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. I felt like I was at home. So close to all the places like food, mall, restaurants. The most important thing I loved is the garden, so so pretty and so much work put into it, nature is my favorite so I truly appreciate it, the view from my window was so so beautiful. The place was truly amazing, everything was so easy. Hosts let check out a little later cause I started work later in the evening and that was so sweet of them. If you want private, peaceful, homey neighborhood this one’s for you. They literally have everything you need. Both Zoha and Samina are so kind and thoughtful, cannot recommend it enough. Definitely coming back!!! Thank you so such a wonderful hospitality!
