Unsere schöne Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer ruhig gelegen Gegend direkt am Neckar. Die Unterkunft bietet neben einem geräumigen Bad, einem gemütlichen Wohn- und Essbereich und einem Schlafzimmer, auch eine große Terrasse, die zum Verweilen einlädt. Der Bahnhof ist in 14 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Supermarkt, Metzger und Bäcker sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Gegend bietet viele Wald-und Wanderwege für erholsame Spaziergänge oder Wanderungen. Wir freuen uns Sie begrüßen zu dürfen.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Ein kleines Paradies im Schwarzwald! Unser Aufenthalt im liebevoll eingerichteten Bauwagen war einfach magisch. Die Unterkunft war nicht nur blitzsauber, sondern bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht – von stilvoller Deko über kuschelige Decken bis hin zu bereitgestellten Kerzen für stimmungsvolle Abende. Der Ausblick auf die weiten Felder und Wiesen war atemberaubend, und die Ruhe war beinahe ergreifend. Abends saßen wir bei einem Glas Wein draußen, hörten Musik, sahen der Sonne beim Untergehen zu – und ließen den Tag am knisternden Feuer in der bereitgestellten Feuerschale ausklingen. Besonders berührt hat uns auch die liebevolle Fürsorge der Gastgeberin: Selbst an Zahnbürste, Deo & Co. im exklusiv nutzbaren Bad wurde gedacht. Alles war tipptopp sauber, die Bettwäsche roch herrlich frisch, und das Ambiente war einfach stimmig. Ein Ort zum Entschleunigen, Träumen und Wohlfühlen!

Matthias und Sibylle waren von Anfang an sehr sympathisch und herzlich – wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt! Das Appartement war leicht zu finden, gut erreichbar und hervorragend ausgestattet. Besonders die Waschmaschine und der Trockner waren für uns sehr hilfreich – ein echtes Plus! Die ganzen kleinen Details , wie ein Ladekabel am Bett , ein Radio im Bad , Radio im Wohnzimmer waren wirklich sehr nett . Vorallem das alte Max und Moritz Buch 😊 Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen, wenn wir erneut nach Spaichingen reisen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir wünschen euch alles Gute!

Es war alles in sehr ordentlich und Sauber. Man hatte seine Ruhe und viel Platz. Die Wohnung liegt in einer grünen Oase und einem Kindertraum .
