Quiet and modern furnished private 55 m² apartment right next to the nature reserve in the Black Forest. The bright apartment with private garden including barbecue and seating/lounging offers space to relax. On-site activities: bike tours, archery course, water treading, hiking tours, farm shop and much more. Further shopping is 1.7 km away. Lake Constance, Freiburg, Stuttgart, Alsace can each be reached in a good hour. The Konus card is included with us (see below for more information)!

Vacation in the middle of nature, mountains, forests and valleys of the Swabian Alps. Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Deißlingen offers charming natural or fortified forest-u.Feldwege, as well as cycling trails. In the village, there are 2 bakeries, 2 butchers, as well as 1 supermarket within walking distance. A hotel with restaurant, a doner snack and a good bourgeois inn are also reachable in a few minutes of walking distance.

This beautiful 3 room apartment is composed of 2 large bedrooms: Room1 with 2 x 0.9 m x 2m single beds, wardrobe, desk and TV. Room2 with 2 x 0.9m x 2m single beds, wardrobe, sofa bed and TV. In both bedrooms, the single beds can be put together as a double bed and a side bed can be added. The living area offers seating to eat and linger. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, pots, dishes, spices, etc.

You don't hear any street or cars and yet relativeley close to train station or shopping (5km). You can reach restaurants by foot (15 min). Ideal starting point for hiking tours, city trips or just relaxing.

The fully furnished in-law is very quiet in a residential area. To Rottweil, the oldest city in Baden-Württemberg, it is only 3 kilometers.
