Vacation rentals with a patio in Tropea

Francesco's place in located in a relatively quiet place (gets quite noisy on the weekends, including loud music at the pool in the afternoon). Our kids loved the big pool! We went in the mornings, when it wasn't crowded. We also liked the beach a lot, we went in the evening, when it was quiet and the sunsets were amazing. To access the gym, one needs a key, which I was told, they only give to owners, not guests. Francesco was very kind and found a solution, so that my husband could use it. For me, a runner, the only downside of the location is no paths to run on and roads with no side. Otherwise, we loved the place! The apartment itself was small but more than enough for the 4 of us. My only complaint could be it wasn't supe clean and the kitchen equipment was quite basic (no bread knife or toaster). The air-con was great :) Francesco was always available for questions via messages and replied swiftly. All in all, I would definitely recommend the place! Thank you, Francesco :)

We stayed at a few places in Italy this summer, coming from Rome to Napoli and finally Fabio's place in the South. I have to say this was my favourite stay. The place is very private, easy to access, close to other local beaches if you have a car. Fabio's dad was so welcoming, made us feel right at home. The house has all the amenities needed and is clean and easy to maintain. This is a fantastic place if you have children. Hopefully we will be back 🙂

Ondine is an absolutely pleasant host. The communication before our Journey to Capo Vaticano was great. We‘ve got all the Information in advance. We are also very grateful for recommendations in the „House Book“, we could visit a lot of places of beautiful Calabria. We also want to thank the property Manager Jack (Giacomo), he met us at the Apartment and was always available for every question. We were very happy with the House (Family of 5). Villa Sirena has everything you need for enjoyable stay: comfortable beds (!), air conditions in every room, laundry. We also enjoyed a beatiful view from a spacious Terrace. To the sea is about 3 Minutes by car. The Beach (Groticelle) is one of the most beautiful places we‘ve been. We thank Ondine for our restful stay in Villa Sirena and can absolutely recommend the house . Natallia & Family.

Baia del Sole is a haven of peace in the mountains of Zambrone. Apartment 4 offers enough space for 4 people, with a well-equipped kitchen and a large terrace from which you can watch the sun set wonderfully in the sea. The place has a good starting point to many great beaches and excursion destinations such as Pizzo or Tropea (there were also great tips from the host for this). However, you have to be aware that you absolutely depend on a car, as neither the sea, restaurants or supermarkets are within walking distance. The entire complex is very lovingly and personally furnished. We had a wonderful 5 days and definitely recommend the place!

Great area, a few kilometers north of Pizzo Calabro 500 meters from a large beach that can be reached on foot through a fragrant pine forest. Spacious and fully furnished apartment. The residence where it is located, has two pools, one with a water slide, tennis courts and soccer. Great welcome from the owners, kind and helpful. Recommended for everyone.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very large, has a well-equipped kitchen and a nice terrace. It is quietly located in a side street of Caria. The hustle and bustle of Tropea can be reached quickly by car, as well as countless beautiful beaches. Parking directly on the property is of course pleasant. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, I highly recommend this place. .

I stayed with my family at this beautiful place. Located within a residential complex, with an attached pool, the property offers a magnificent view of the Aeolian Islands. Well furnished, equipped with all comforts, clean, with two air conditioners that fully do their duty, a starting point for the many excursions in the nearby towns (Costa degli Gods) that you want to visit. Andrey, despite not being present on site, has always been kind and responsive. Family-friendly place to stay that I highly recommend!

If you want to have a quiet vacation, this is the place to be. The surrounding area is very quiet and the beach right in front of the house is also not very busy. The beach bar is also great. The accommodation was very clean and all utensils, as well as basic spices, were also provided for cooking. Giuseppina was very friendly, always responded very quickly and was very helpful. We will definitely recommend this place and hopefully come back soon.

Dolores' apartment makes for an excellent base for exploring Tropea - it's a short walk from the centre, but very quiet. The apartment has everything you could need and Dolores was also very helpful and friendly. Would definitely look to stay again next time we are in Tropea!

Beautiful new home very close to the beach and restaurants. Lots of amenities, numerous clean washrooms and bedrooms and fully functional kitchen. Washing machine was a bonus! Very safe and private, and our host provided many recommendations and help when asked. Nice and close to Tropea and easy driving! Definitely recommend a stay here!

We, my wife, our two girls and myself had the great pleasure to be able to spend 9 days in Mariliena“s house in beautiful Calabria. The house is fantastic and we‘ll do all we can to come back. It was absolutely clean, spacious for us as a family, wonderful outdoors spaces in the shade and on the rooftop terrace with an amazing sea view. Also, the house had everything we could have wanted for feeling at home and being able to cook and enjoy. And the best is still to come: Mariliena and Rocco were fantastic hosts who treated us like friends and showed us all the hospitality of this wonderful region with its crystal clear waters, wonderful beaches, beautiful and historic towns and the lovely people from Calabrian!

The accommodation in Santa Maria is highly recommended: The apartment is functionally furnished and the garden is romantic. You can hear the sound of the sea and it's just a short walk to the beach. Anna is a warm and helpful personality. She responds immediately and also helped us a lot with an evening noise nuisance. In short: When visiting the Costa degli Dei, the house in Santa Maria is a great address - we would come back anytime. Thank you, Anna, for everything!

We are very pleased with our stay at Salvatore's. The apartment and the entire property were nice, well-maintained, renovated and very clean. We didn't miss anything. Salvatore and Noemi were very friendly and helpful. They recommended the best beaches and restaurants. They also arranged a trip to the Aeolian Islands for us. Communication with Salvatore was very good, he quickly answered every question, and if we had a small problem, it was quickly resolved. We highly recommend this place! ☺️☺️☺️

Isabella was the best host I could have had. His service went beyond what was expected, he made me very good recommendations and also was always attentive to me, being traveling alone that made me feel at home. Thank you Isabella, see you next time

Wonderful location, very helpful host, spacious and quiet

We enjoyed the idyllic location and tranquility. Tonino and Caterina were very accommodating. It was surprising that a security deposit was required and the air conditioning was charged extra.

Structure located on a beautiful hill with an enchanting view, especially at night to enjoy the sunset from the pool. Domenico and Nicola are 2 very kind and helpful people, always. I highly recommend visiting this property and the Tropea area. Thank you for everything.

Tania’s property was in a wonderful location, with less than a five minute walk to the beach. There is a local market to buy some food and toiletries, and a shuttle that can take you to other towns to do larger shops- Tania recommended us this and called in advance so they’d pick us up. The air conditioning and fans in the property make it so comfortable to live in. Tania was a great host, she let us check in early, picked us up from the station and was overall extremely welcoming. She was so helpful throughout our stay- from giving us recommendation to quick responses whenever we had a question.

Choosing to stay here was the right choice for me, and I had a wonderful and comfortable time here!Thank you Marenya, the host for being so enthusiastic and helpful and caring for me as her family.When I first arrived, I sent a drop-off address and Marenya immediately showed up right in front of me.Car me to the accommodation, she was very skilled and showed me around the house and taught me how to use the supplies.The room is unexpectedly beautiful, very neat and clean. I especially like the decoration of the home. It's so much better than the photos!The bed is large and comfortable, the living room is beautiful, the kitchen is fully equipped... After that, Manreya took me to the supermarket to buy food for the next few days, Marenya was very fun and I loved her personality!He also introduced me to a lot of delicious food in Italy, and bought me food and water.☺️ When I found out I forgot to buy Italian sauce, Marenya bought two bottles and delivered two bottles to the room the next day. She prepared a lot of drinks in the refrigerator, which was very touching!Such an experience.❤️❤️❤️

Simply awesome! We booked confidently, despite the absence of reviews, and we did great, it couldn't have been better! The apartment that Marica and her beautiful family have reserved for us is located inside a farmhouse entirely owned by them. On the ground floor there is the family accommodation that they use occasionally and on the upper floor two apartments dedicated to guests. The place made available to us was clean, tidy, and absolutely well-stocked. Also, upon our arrival, we also found produce from the garden as a welcome gift! The house perfectly matches the description provided, it is located on the hill (to be taken into account, if the goal is to walk to the sea). It was ideal for us because it allowed us to be in one of the most touristic areas of Calabria, but at the same time away from the chaos and cool in the evening. Last note: the view from the terrace overlooking the sea spectacular! Recommended!

It was a pleasure staying at Loredanas place :) everything was as described and really cozy and clean! There was great furnishing and equipment for cooking too and the neighborhood was nice. We spent some lovely evenings on the terrace from where you could see the sea as well. WiFi, the AC and everything worked fine! We were four people and it was enough space for all of us! Loredana was a very nice host too, she gave us some nice recommendations and answered very quickly! We would book again, when coming back! Thank you for hosting us :)

Located high up, the MARASUSA estate offers you a superb view of TROPEA, both in the morning and in the evening, at sunset. Maintained daily by Carmelo, the tireless and very responsive intendant, the site has a very clean and thoughtful swimming pool, green lawns watered every day, carved trees...Superb estate ... MEYKE and GUY's apartment, very clean, and tidy, has a beautiful open terrace, bounded by walls and hedges. In the apartment, there is also an A/C at the top, a very nice bathroom, but also a lot of storage, which is super appreciated. Nice rental ….
