Villa Raffaele's Scirocco apartment comes exactly as the description and the photos available on the Airbnb page. The amenities are operational both in the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The air conditioning allows, at certain times of the day, to cool the air and thus be able to rest without suffering from the heat. The rooms are very nice and quiet, the kitchen offers cooking and food preservation opportunities, like at home. The views of the terrace, or the rooftop of the villa are beautiful, and we loved getting up in the morning facing the bright blue Ionian sea. It's a great place to recharge peacefully, away from the urban hustle and bustle, in a splendid setting. Access to the sea can be done on foot, crossing a small tunnel under the road, in less than 15 minutes. Nearby businesses, especially on the Botricello side, are plentiful and offer all kinds of food.

Marta and Nicodemo are two great hosts! With my partner, we contacted them at the beginning of July and, right away, they were super friendly and professional. They took care of every detail to ensure a great stay at "Conchiglia Blu". Communication was always thorough and quick; the room was impeccable, both for cleanliness and furnishings; surprise, they made us find everything we needed to have breakfast (milk, juices, snacks of various kinds, and so on). Last but not least, a breathtaking view of the sea. The location of the apartment is excellent: "Conchiglia Blu" is located between Squillace Lido and Soverato, as well as a short distance from all the most beautiful beaches of the Costa degli Aranci (never more than a 10-minute drive). On foot, with a maximum of 2, a 5-minute walk, you can reach the Vasche di Cassiodoro and the beaches of Torrazzo and Bilbò. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great time, the environment is small but well organized, you can see that it has been recently renovated. The area is very quiet and easily accessible.

Elvira is a friendly, helpful and accurate person in her communications. The house is cozy, functional, and well-equipped. The place is quiet and close to amenities.

An unparalleled and unforgettable experience… We loved every detail of the apartment. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was the most interesting I have ever seen (with tall glass panels). Giovanni was very helpful answering all our questions. Oh and the floors were beautiful as well. It’s like stepping back in time which for me is very special! (thank you for the oranges, coffee, and cake)…..

We spent 1 week (too short) peace and relaxation.. Carol and her family, kind and helpful, immediately made us feel like a family atmosphere and also the other guests welcomed us in an extraordinary way..The children can have a play area provided, on every corner a relaxation area with deckchairs and hammock..the breathtaking view is the setting with a beautiful sea and the small beach..very nice pool immersed in the vegetation..unforgettable sunrise seen from the viewpoint .. ultimately an experience to be repeated and recommended to all nature lovers! Second floor apartment without an elevator in an old house but tastefully renovated and very functional. Equipped with all amenities. Very helpful and friendly hosts and family. We had a very good time.

This is a very charming and substantial historical residence in Decollatura. We stayed here as it was walking distance to our family who we were visiting for almost a week. Arcangelo and his family were perfect hosts making us feel welcome and responding to queries in a timely manner. It is such a joy to stay in a home that is used by a family as it means that everything you need to be able to cook and entertain is right here. We had a wonderful time having our family of 12 people for a beautiful lunch. There are also places to eat out, (although we mostly ate with our family in their homes). The garden and grounds are also very beautiful. We cannot recommend Arcangelo and his beautiful home enough, I hope we get to stay again!

Francesca was lovely and responsive to our messages, we booked very last minute but she was very accommodating to our arrival time. The flat was very clean and in a nice area, easy to find. We also had a flat tire the next morning which Francesca helped us out with massively. She was really helpful in calling a mechanic and getting us back on the road!

Thanks Maria and Antonio for the hospitality, the precious advice, the perfect, spacious and clean villa, your friendliness and transparency, the bottle of wine and the sweets you left us: we felt at home! Thanks also for helping us when, as soon as we arrived, the car battery left us! Beautiful beaches a few km away, lots of peace and the town of Botricello is well supplied with everything. We hope to be back soon!

The accommodation is as described, it is located on the 1st floor of a house in the center of the small town. Clean apartment. Very pleasant and reliable host in his directions. Thank you for this good restaurant recommended by Francesco. Nothing negative to report.

Beautiful farm surrounded by greenery with pool ...suitable for those who want a relaxing vacation...the owners are very helpful , kind , welcoming , company and very nice !! The view outside is breathtaking from the structure , the meadows , the flowers , the trees and the pool!! Surely if there is an opportunity , I will be back!! Highly recommended!! Ps not all rooms have a kitchen (it is not a criticism, it is a warning for those looking for a more equipped room and/or has special needs but I am sure that if you contact the owners will find a solution given their availability ) Location pet-friendly!! With this I conclude : Great experience!!

Salvatore was always kind and available. The place was super clean and fully furnished. The place is very quiet but very close to many attractions in the area and above all to the beautiful beaches nearby. Highly recommended structure.

a perfect stay. there could not have been a better conclusion to a tour in a wonderful region that is Calabria. house surrounded by olive trees. Green, tranquility and freedom.
