Bed linen and towels are not included in the rent but are available on site and can be rented for NOK 250 per set The cleaning is not included in the rent. Supplement for cleaning is 1200 NOK if the tenant does not clean himself.

Sofaen på loftstuen kan slåes ut til en dobbeltseng. Reiseseng og barnestol kan ordnes ved beskjed i forkant.

New timber house with a fantastic view of the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya in the west. Large and spacious house with high ceilings in the living room/kitchen. Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.

Sentrumsnært sørlandshus med fin utsikt over Arendal by. Huset ligger på en høyde over Arendal sentrum og er kun noen minutters gange ned til sentrums fasiliteter. Dette er ikke et hus for deg som leter etter perfekt symmetri og designerkjøkken, men for deg som søker et sted hvor du virkelig kjenner skuldrene slippe taket. Ypperlig for både par, vennegrupper og små familier.
