Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Motor can be rented additionally The cabin is secluded from the sea with a few minutes walk (about 250m) and all amenities. The pier is within walking distance, but you can also drive a car. The cabin is located in a great hiking area with several swimming beaches nearby. It is possible to rent in a heated sauna close to the cabin. Parking areas are included.

We have two sturdy kaijaks and a canoe that you can borrow to catch a small paddle ride. About 50 meters from the house it is possible to take a dip and a jump from the diving board. Big bedroom, sofa bed in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen. the apartment is equipped with towels, bed linen, toilet paper, shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper etc! the walls are sound isolated, but if you open the window, you will hear the traffic from the road. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from June-October.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was exactly as described, it was clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, with a short distance to both the shop, Strand hotel and bus stop. Communication with the host was also great! Fast, helpful and nice all the way. We felt really welcome and will definitely come back if we are in the area again. Highly recommended! 10/10 amazing host!

It is a practical cottage with a nice atmosphere. We felt right at home there. It was very nice that we could play in the garden and the sandpit, swing and slide provided a lot of fun with our daughter. From the cottage, you can take beautiful walks to the fortress and the harbor.

It was great staying. The host was quick and responsive in communication. The check-in was smooth and the place was clean and beautiful. Little bit issue was with the heating. It was tough to control the heat at the house. So the house was warmer than we expected. And we could not able to reduce the heating. The host can create a clear manual for the heating control and light control at the house as its app based.

When we arrived, only one room was prepared. Send a message and ask if it was not possible to get two. After 5 min he came down and arranged for us to get each our room... very helpful and quick. We also had access to their terrace with a lovely view. Maybe not so private as the host's living room window was in that direction, but we had a very quiet and peaceful time. So all in all it was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it to others.

A great stay – highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay here! The place was both cozy and spacious – perfect for family time with the kids. The surroundings were scenic and invited both relaxation and excursions. Kjetil provided an excellent service and generously shared his personal recommendations for local experiences, fishing spots and much more, which made our stay extra special. You can really feel that they put their heart into hosting here. We are going home with wonderful memories and can without hesitation recommend the place to all our friends and family. We would love to come again!
