The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

A Senseo coffee machine, microwave, fridge + freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven are available. The bathroom is freshly renovated and has a cosmetic cabinet and shower room. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom has two single beds + wardrobe.

"Der Schuppen" comfortable cottage in Kessenich

"Der Schuppen" is a former workshop, which I have converted into a modern, small feel-good house. They live centrally, but surrounded by greenery, at the foot of Venusberg. Shops for everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk. The train station is 11 minutes to the train station. The house of history is 1.4 km away and the World Conference Center is 1,9 km away. The open plan "shed" has a private entrance.
