Jürgen was very helpful and very eager to give us a nice time. The property is great for groups and offers a lot. A lot of special features of the amenities make for a good stay.

Very nice house with a great thought-out concept. Especially the music concept and the lighting was great. There was a slight background noise from the industrial area, but it can be excluded through the windows. The furnishings and amenities are top-notch. Direct contact with the landlord was always available via the platform. Thank you for the beautiful experiences, especially through laughing, singing and dancing.

Absolutely lovely apartment in a gorgeous location. Anja's family are lovely and made us feel very welcome. The apartment itself is at the top of a steep road - walkable, but it's a shock to the system the first time - and Overath is a pleasant journey by rail or bus to Cologne, Bonn and the rest of the local area. It's very comfortable and clean, and the kitchen is small but very well-appointed. We had a wonderful.time.

A nice break in a quiet location with a nice hot tub and sauna!

Freya and Stefan are great hosts, nice, warm,funny and committed to everything! You can just feel good. The apartment offers the perfect ambience for this - it is absolutely centrally located with good connections to the city (also possible on foot, who likes to walk), many bars and shopping in the immediate vicinity and yet you have peace on the small beautiful terrace of the apartment! Absolutely recommended! You'll be happy to come back!

Nice cottage in a nice area, unfortunately did not have the chance to discover everything. definitely recommended for others.

We felt very comfortable in the bright and friendly apartment with beautiful terrace and great garden. Two weeks right on the edge of the forest and a short way to Cronenberg were quickly around. We had such a lovely time at Peter and Anne’s place! The apartment was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully prepared—perfect for both relaxing and working remotely. We were three people, and each of us had a comfortable bed to sleep in. We worked from the apartment during the day and spent our free time exploring the beautiful area on foot. We recommend car travel, but the bus station is just across the street. Everything was within walking distance, and the neighborhood had such a peaceful and charming vibe—and ducks! Anne was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. On our first day — which happened to be the start of the Cologne Carnival — Peter and Anne even picked us up from the train station. We weren’t prepared for the crowds and are genuinely thankful for their help. We highly recommend staying here if you plan to travel around this area. Thank you again for being such kind and welcoming hosts — we enjoyed our stay

Jan was a very considerate host and I found the place very convenient for my short stay. It had a basic kitchen and lots of space. I asked Jan to remove a ladder as the place is also used as a photography studio, which he did right away. There was also an iron and Jan brought an ironing board. He also had left water, fruit and a chocolate, which made me feel very welcome.

What an amazing find! A cozy living space, charming and helpful host, and a beautiful courtyard to unwind in. Close to a wonderful bakery, eatery and park. Michael’s place was a gem. If we find our way out here again, this home is the first one to be booked. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

The apartment is very nicely decorated. That what you might need is present and everything was very neat and clean. There is a lot of information for activities in the area and there are also games etc. to entertain you in the apartment. The balcony is tasteful and the views are really great. Village is within walking distance and we, 2 couples of 55+ found it easy to walk. Within walking distance supermarket, bakery, pharmacy etc. Owner communicates well and is discreet. In short, we definitely recommend the apartment, and would love to come back.

I enjoyed the staying here

There were five of us in the mill and we enjoyed it very much! Nicole and Alfred are very welcoming and gave us good recommendations for exploring the area. Great view from the balcony directly into the forest. The street behind the house can be heard but is not very busy and therefore not a big deal. The apartment is very cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We totally enjoyed it - Thanks for the wonderful time! :)

We loved the place, it had everything we needed and Heidi was very nice, friendly and always answering our questions. Her pets were also lovely. Definitely we would stay there again, thank you!

The Stranzenburg is a super cool and extraordinary location. In addition to the flair from the 15th-18th century, a neighboring property with a swimming pond, charcoal grill, etc. is also available. We were here with a group of friends and were able to spend an exciting weekend; our crime thriller dinner planned for the vacation also found the perfect location as a setting here! Ursula was always very easy to reach as a landlady and is also a great contact person. The cake that was baked and ready for the handover of the AirBnB by Ursula was also super delicious. We can therefore recommend the accommodation to anyone looking for something unusual and wanting to experience a special flair of the accommodation :-)

The house is located on top of a beautiful mountain next to a quiet hamlet. The pool was a sanctuary and the beds were very comfortable, the whole place served us very well.
