Directly in the immediate vicinity of the local recreation area Rotter See in a quiet location but conveniently located, approx. 10 minutes to Cologne/Bonn Airport, approx. 15 minutes to Cologne or Bonn (also easily accessible by bus and train). This well-kept two-room apartment is designed for 2 people. A king size box spring bed and sofa bed are available for sleeping. Our living room is equipped with a 42" flat screen TV, a satellite connection and a Fire TV Stick. Our kitchen is fully equipped. A Senseo coffee machine, microwave, fridge + freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven are available. The bathroom is freshly renovated and has a cosmetic cabinet and shower room. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom has two single beds + wardrobe.

The spacious rooms -including 3 bedrooms- are suited for short and longer stays. The terrace and the well-equipped apartment will make you feel at home. We welcome kind guests who appreciate quiet nights and respect the curfew according to German customs.

The 30 m2 studio is located on the top floor of our friendly shared house. It has a small private bathroom with shower and you can use the modern and larger shared bathroom one floor below if you like. In the apartment there is also a small kitchenette where you can prepare simple dishes. Otherwise, you can use the shared kitchen downstairs.
