When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This apartment with a large living room and a bedroom is perfect for families who want to visit relatives or want to explore Cologne and Düsseldorf. Due to the optimal connection to the highway as well as to the S-Bahn, you are in the city center of Cologne and Düsseldorf in 20 minutes. Within walking distance, you are about 5 minutes from an Edeka market and a casino. The highlight of the region is the water ski resort, which is about 10 minutes away and is visited by many as a day trip.

At one of the most beautiful intersections of Bonn's Südstadt is our newly renovated apartment, with views of the magnificent Wilhelminian-style houses to the front, as well as into the garden to the rear, it is very quietly located. 5 minutes away is Poppeldorf Palace with its botanical garden. Bus and tram are within 2-5 minutes walking distance and Bonn main station is a wonderful 15-minute walk. All shops serving everyday needs are also close by.
