Klein aber fein! Sehr sauberes und einladendes Studio. Alles war sauber und die Lage ist genial, direkt beim Kölner Neumarkt. Das Quartier kann tagsüber laut sein, aber in der Nacjt kann man ruhig schlafen. 💤 Selo war sehr freundlich und flexibel. Jederzeit wieder! 🫶

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Heinz. La vue est magnifique depuis le balcon, orienté Ouest pour de beaux couchers de soleil. Le quartier est très calme et l'appartement spacieux et confortable. Parfait pour se reposer et profiter de la région !

We have family in the area. This apartment was very close to them. That was very important for us. Besides being close to them, the place was in the heart of Bornheim. It’s right by the train stop, several shops and eateries. The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. The apartment is very spacious. We were a family of 4. It was perfect for us. We stayed a week and a day, and we will be staying again before this trip is over. When we return to Germany in the future, we will absolutely stay here for our entire trip. It is perfect for what we needed in an apartment.

Eine schöne saubere Wohnung im Herzen von Köln. Daher konnte wir vieles zu Fuß erreichen. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Auch die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und sehr hilfreich.

Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, die Wohnung ist total ruhig gelegen, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet . Auf dem großen Balkon hat man einen Ausblick auf das große Feld wo es sehr ruhig ist und man seine Ruhe sehr genießen kann. Ich kann die Wohnung weiterempfehlen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und unsere Fragen wurden schnell und kompetent geklärt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, kostenfreie Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor der Tür und man ist schnell beim nächsten Supermarkt. Köln ist sehr gut erreichbar. Der nächste Besuch ist bereits gebucht. Vielen Dank an euch beide!

een heel leuk appartement in een prachtige omgeving. Heel sfeervol en modern afgewerkt! Wij zaten hier met onze hond en die heeft het ook geweldig gehad. de gehele tuin is omheind en één grote speeltuin. In de directe omgeving zijn er prachtige wandelingen te maken. Wij komen hier nog wel een keer terug.

Perfect location in walking distance to waterfront and downtown restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping! Rafael was very responsive and helpful to any questions we had. We had 6 people (adult/teen family members) so the shared spaced worked out for us. The washing machine and drying racks were a life saver after previous 10 days of travel! It is over a bar and on a busy street but the noise was not an issue for us the nights we stayed and created a fun vibe for the balcony! Should note the listing says 2 baths but it is actually a separate toilet/sink and then shower. The local gifts Rafael left for us on arrival were a nice touch and helped to kick off our Koln experience!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Alles wie beschrieben. Silvia hat uns ganz viele Tipps geschrieben und Restaurants empfohlen. Hatten zwar nur die Gelegenheit in einem zu essen, aber der Tip war großartig. Die Wohnung ist schön und hochwertig eingerichtet, groß und war trotz 35 Grad angenehm kühl. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

We had an amazing stay at Stefan's place. The apartment is at a very quiet neighborhood and the views are absolutely stunning. We kept finding ourselves walking to the windows and staring at the lovely hilly countryside. We were just traveling through Germany and needed a place for a night to rest up and the apartment was a good choice. It had absolutely everything we could have asked for and so many additional perks like the gym equipment and dog puzzle toys in the cupboard. Can't recommend it enough!

Unser Mitarbeiter hat sich wieder mehr als wohl gefühlt. Wir werden hier sicherlich noch öfter buchen!

We loved our stay! Eva and Peter were fantastic hosts. Great communication and super friendly. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed!

It was my first time in Germany. From the beginning she was very helpful to gave me the all instruction about public transportation. Her Husband Rodrigo also very kind. The house is beautiful, safe, near to tram and train station. She speaks English very well to communicate. Everything was perfect with this place. If I will visit Cologn, I will choose here again and again.

wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und waren wieder sehr zufrieden....die Wohnung liegt direkt am Wald,also ideal für die Hunderunde... die Anbindung ist sehr gut und nach Bonn ist es auch nicht weit.... die Wohnung ist sehr gross und gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet,was man täglich braucht...die Kommunikation war super...ausserdem gibt es viele , schöne Hühner,die frei im Garten laufen...uns hat es wieder sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder....☺️☺️
