Golf and a five-star hotel and casino are nearby, and Split center can be reached in 10 minutes by car. - Direct Bus to/from Split harbor (Bus #30 and #60; 600m from house) - Rental car or own car can be an advantage - Shuttle service (e.g. airport) can be provided upon request - Taxi (1-4 persons) from Split Center to House ~13€ = 15$ (5-6 persons for ~20€) - UBER is also very easy to find and fairly priced Price depending on group and can vary, please ask if something is unclear

The house is located on a plot of 1500 m2, and it is 100 m away from the nearest neighbor, which allows you full privacy. In front of the house, next to a private, heated, panoramic pool, available from mid-April to the end of October, there are spacious, landscaped, open and covered terraces. Parking is free.

Penthouse Suite is located on the 2nd floor and it have 100m2. It consists of three bedrooms with large double bed and TV. In the hall are bathroom and toilet. One of bedroom has a makeup table and its own bathroom and exit to the balcony connecting the rest of the apartment. Kitchen has a window overlooking the sea and high table with high chairs and also there is dining table with chairs. From the living room you come out to a large spacious balcony. All rooms have air conditioning.
