Builded third year ago. Pool is private, not shared with anyone and its heated pool. There is lounge area around pool- nicely decorated pool outdoor furniture , open air shower and grill area. Villa offers private parking for our guests House can accommodate 4 guests total. Enjoy/welcome

Penthouse for 6 - Split/ with jacuzzi/free parking

The Relax Zone is rented on weekly or daily basis. The luksury penthouse is fully air conditioned, fully refurbished with a high standard furniture and appliances. Pretty much everything is brand new and internet wired. You have beautiful view of the islands from our terrace. The Relax Zone luksury apartment is located 4 km from the centre of Split. We, your hosts, are here to help you out with where to go and what to see. Enjoy your stay!

Art house

Very pleasant and quiet place just a few minutes away from a city center. Exceptional green market, fish market and little butcher shops are within 400m from the house. Store house is on the same location and it's open until 22:00. Bus and taxi stations are within 300m from the house. Within 900m there are dozens of a little restaurants and caffe bars. Public beach with a boat rental agencies are within 500m.

Trogir old center - attic studio apartment

Spend a night or few in the center of Trogir's UNESCO protected mediaval town. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Less than 5 km from Split airport, 1 km from the nautical marinas and very close to the highway, make this apartment easy to reach using any kind of transportation. My family and I will be happy to be your hosts.

Concierge 3 hours per day.
