Doctors, pharmacies, bus and shopping facilities are approx. 5 minutes' walk away. There is a bakery right around the corner.

In the apartment there is a comfortable box bed (200 cm x 160 cm), two lounge armchairs with table, a reading lamp, a modern and fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bar table with comfortable bar stools for the perfect view of the Jenzig, a modern and very comfortably equipped bathroom/toilet. We rent our renovated attic apartment (2 floors) on outskirts of Stadtroda in a very quiet location. Access to the apartment is via a separate staircase. On the 2nd floor there are the following rooms: Living area Kitchen Bathroom with shower (from July 2019 also with washing machine) Bedroom with double bed (1.80 m) Children's room with double bed (1.40 m) In the attic there is another room with a double bed (1.60 m) Access to this room is via a steep staircase.
