The apartment is placed at a 1000 m distance from the heart of the city. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one bedroom is with a French-bed, while two are with single beds. The sitting room may as well be used as a bedroom, as it has a functional set transformable into a bed with a single move. Thus, the apartment makes a perfect residence for at least 6 people.

Our studio is located in the center of the city, just 3 minutes walk to downtown and close to all attractions: restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops and more. We offer accommodation for up to 4 people with private bathroom, kitchenette, free parking on the premise and wifi. This is an open floor studio apartment. There is an outdoor patio if the weather is good. Property manager is available if you need anything during your stay.

Comfortable apartment near the City Center

Comfortable and clean apartment with a lot of parking space (which costs 1.5 euro per day) , situated in a nice neighborhood, just about 800m from the very heart of the City and about 150m from the biggest Park in the City. Near the flat is Market (0-24h ) and Gas Station (0-24h). My desire is to make every guest feel at home with us and enjoy Banja Luka as much as possible! I will be at your service in case of any help you need.

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Banjaluka. You can not beat this location: "Petar Kocic" park is across the street. Main Banjaluka square ("Trg Krajine") is 1 minute walking distance, as well as famous "Gospodska" street. The apartment is in the city centre, close to everything. You can also enjoy gorgeous view of the city from our 10th floor balcony. There are two elevators in the building.

I absolutely loved staying at Davor's place! The apartment is brand new, tastefully decorated and super clean. The neighbourhood is lively and in a central location, with lots of nice cafés, but quiet in the night. Davor is also a great host - very responsive and helpful. I would definitely come back here again.

A dining table is set with a fresh breakfast, featuring fruits, pastries, and beverages. A vase of red roses adds a touch of elegance. Soft blue chairs surround the table, and a bright kitchen with white cabinetry is visible in the background.

What a welcome wonderful stay. Was greeted by her and family when I arrived. (The daughter helpfully spoke English) Snjezana has a very good sense for hospitality. The kitchen was one of the best stocked ones I’ve seen. The bed was large and very comfortable. Bathroom was full of items in case you forgot your own. There is even an outlined parking place right outside the house. Will be coming back next time!

He waved when I arrived by car and showed me where to go. He was very friendly, kind and had lots of tips for the area and wider area. The kettle was broken upon my arrival but he immediately replaced it with another one. Everything was just perfect for a few nights and I can recommend his place without reservation.

A light-filled corner of the room features a soft, upholstered sofa adorned with two decorative pillows. Sheer curtains gently filter the sunlight, while a small area rug is situated on the polished wooden floor, creating a comfortable and inviting space.

Very welcoming and friendly host, just like the place. As soon as we arrived, we felt at home, we had everything we needed. Very comfortable environment, quiet neighbors, lots of privacy, and there were many grocery stores nearby, as well as ATMs. The bus stop towards both the airport and the city is located opposite the apartment, so there is no need to worry that you will not catch the bus and the mentioned airport is 10-15 minutes by car/bus and the city of Banja Luka about 20-30 minutes. Highly recommended and thank you very much for a pleasant stay :)
