Innsbruck is only 20 minutes away and in 30 minutes you are at the Brenner. The icing on the cake is the special charm of the apartment, which was renovated in 2023: The Alte Schmiede dates back to 1666!

Our house is located in the rear valley area, off the main road, in a very quiet location. Large garden and terrace with garden furniture. Satellite TV in the living room, TV with DVD player in the bedroom. Microwave and dishwasher available. Daily bread service is offered. Hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, bus stop (bus free with guest card!!!) close by! Large storage room for bicycles, skis,...... waste separation. We like to speak German, English and Spanish.

In summer there is a small, separate garden area in front of the garden for relaxing hours of reading or a glass of wine. My wife and I spent 3 days in the Italian Dolomites, in Monika's fantastic vacation home. Our stay has fulfilled all our wishes; a beautiful, comfortable and clean house, located in a great place on a mountain slope, and all the privacy you could wish for. Monika did her best to spoil us, and even brought us a few treats (delicious cake and tasty strudel)! The last 3 km to the house were challenging; but because it was very quiet with other traffic, there were never any tense situations. We highly recommend this house for nature and peace seekers, who are looking for a beautiful view of the Dolomites in a special location.

Regina was extremely welcoming during our stay, we felt very comfortable there. Everything was straight forward, excellent facilities and absolutely beautiful apartment with a spectacular view among the mountains. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway and one that provides everything you need to be comfortable. Even despite the language barrier, Regina was extremely kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to visit her place again one day!
