Grocery stores, restaurants and a lake are available within walking distance. The apartment sleeps 3 people. The train station is within a 2 minute walking distance from the apartment which will take you to Salzburg main station. If you prefer to use the car, we offer free parking for 1 car (more vehicles are possible upon request).

Relax in our newly renovated apartment in a quite countryside location well within striking distance of central Salzburg. Our Guesthouse is located approximately 2.5km from the warmest lake in Upper Bavaria, Waginger See/Tachinger See. This is accessible by foot, car and also by using one of the many well signposted cycle routes located directly outside the apartment. In the winter months there is plenty of cross country skiing routes in the local area and great ski resorts within 50km.

The 66 sqm new apartment is within walking distance of the historic old town and is very quiet (cul-de-sac). It is a new building (hillside house), the garden is not yet completely finished. If that doesn't bother you, then we are very much looking forward to seeing you. Meals are provided by supermarkets, a butcher, several bakers, as well as restaurants.
