We've had a lot of good experiences with various Airbnbs, but Flora's place surpasses everything in terms of hospitality. Every wish, barely pronounced, was immediately fulfilled. Flora's warmth is also contagious. The apartment scores points above all with its gigantic terrace overlooking the sea. At night you are cradled to sleep by the sound of the sea. We had some bad luck with the weather. It was colder in April than average at this time of year. Again, Flora immediately helped out with an oven. The kitchen is practically equipped and offers everything you need during the holidays. The house sits at the end of a long bay. For shopping, a private car or a bike is definitely recommended. The nearby town of Mazara del Vallo has a well-kept old town and a beautiful promenade by the sea. There are also some good restaurants. We can highly recommend staying at Flora's place.

L'Arca - A place of peace and values

We were very pleased with our stay. Even though Alessio was unfortunately not there that weekend, his father greeted us very friendly (despite the small language barrier) and was always available. Both Alessio and his father responded very quickly to questions. A super nice dog also lives there, she visited us often and wanted to play :) the apartment is very nice and modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need. We would come back:)

The stay was all around perfect! Everything went smoothly, communication with the host was quick and straightforward. The place looked just like the photos – very stylishly decorated and clean. Especially the large terrace was a highlight. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We loved our stay at Nicola’s and were sad to leave. The property matches the description, but photos can’t capture its laid-back vibe. We loved the outdoor shower, the soothing green space of the patio, the beach walks every morning and evening, and the daily parade of sheep that passed right outside our gate. We used Nicola’s place as a base for remote working + holiday, and it worked beautifully for both purposes. Our workdays were quiet and relaxed, and excursions to San Vito Lo Capo and Trapani were a pleasure (as was Marsala’s Lilibeo museum, which houses a Punic War shipwreck — a must-see!). As for Nicola: he is an outstanding host. We had a couple of issues arise during our stay — I wouldn’t normally mention these in a review, since they were one-off mishaps that in no way reflect on the wonderful property or host — but the way Nicola responded with care and speed really shows how much he cares about the quality of his guests’ experience. Six stars!

1. Location: The property is located in a small family complex in the middle of the vineyards. By car you can easily reach Marsala and Mazzara del Vallo. 2. Host: Martino is kind and helpful and was flexible on check-in/out times. 3. Apartment: The apartment has private parking and is in perfect condition. The patio, overlooking the owners' windows, is for private use and is perfect for working or always eating in the shade.

This apartment complex is near new, so is a modern building with a lift. Our specific apartment hadn’t been fitted with a washing machine as yet, but host Vincenzo was super helpful and we were given access to the next door vacated apartment to use one. Vincenzo provided very clear and precise instructions to find and access the apartment - was very helpful and responsive. Easy walks to main sites and beach. Very interesting history to explore. We enjoyed a lovely couple of relaxed days in very comfortable accommodation.
