Rural house completely renovated in a way that respects the architecture and charm of traditional Istrian houses. The property is located in a quiet village not far from Grožnjan. Surrounded by nature, it is ideal for families with children. All around there are walking/cycling routes, various restaurants, medieval villages to visit and in a quarter of an hour you are at the sea. The house has various facilities. Bicycles can be hired on request.

The open floor plan in the dining/living room area is ideal for family and friend gatherings. Speciality of the house is the terrace covered with vines. There you will find a table and chairs or a hammock which is perfect for hot summer evenings. House is located in a small village on top of the hill surrounded by Vipava Valley.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded.
