A superb location in the heart of the city. Only steps away from main piazza and grande canal. But despite being so central the street has limited traffic, only buses and taxis are permitted to use it making it surprisingly peaceful. Please note this property is 4th floor without an elevator. Our vacation home is located in the center of the village of Col, under the Monrupino fortress. It is the oldest house in the village, home to a farm with an osmiza (typical Karst area where farmers sell their products directly), with a closed courtyard, a well dating back to 1818, and a beautiful Karst stone balcony. Despite being surrounded by other houses, you can enjoy the tranquility of a small village.
