This is our home, a small village near Koper(7 min by car away) in the heart of Istria. Surrounded by forests, vineyards, Tinjan hill with so many trekking tours that start just behind our house, climbing rock walls, a river Rižana and the Parencana cycling road, that brings you to Triest, Koper, Portorož...Poreč. In Dekani we have excellent wines, olive oils and restaurants that you can visit and taste. We made this apartment like we will live in because we want you feel comfortable and relax.

Stylish, newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment on the sunny hill Markovec above Koper. The nearest city beach, Žusterna, is a 15 minute walk from the apartment. Free parking available. It is on the third floor, without an elevator. Beds can be joined to form a double bed or remain as 4 single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed suitable for an additional person if necessary. Bed linen and towels are provided. I would be more than happy to provide any additional information you may need.

You can enjoy observing sun rises and sun sets, together with delicious local food & wine... and simply relax. Or, you can choose more active stay while exploring neighborhood walking on food paths all arround, cycling or running. Your stay will be very calm as your holidays should be. Also, our stay is just 15 min drive to Coast and city centres.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Thank you , Elvis , for the treats and being a wonderful host A+

Everything was perfect from start to the end of the booking process. You will find Emi's accommodations to be quite serene and pleasant. But the most surprising feature was the large garden, which will make your stay more enjoyable. Ein sehr angenehmes Apartment... ein weiter Blick hinunter zum Meer und des nachts leuchtet Ankaran wie eine orange Lichterkette. Andrej und seine Frau sind sehr hilfsbereit, sie waren sofort da, als wir sie brauchten und haben uns sehr freundlich geholfen. Die Küstenstädte sind wunderbar romantisch und die freundliche Gelassenheit der Slowenen ist sehr angenehm.

Abbiamo terminato il nostro soggiorno soddisfatte dell’alloggio e degli accorgimenti usati. Host gentili rispettosi. Appartamento a 10 min da Koper , 18 min da Izola . Alloggio al piano terra piccolo ma accogliente , ben rifornito di tutti gli accessori necessari ad una vacanza. Grazie delle bella settimana🙂
