Our grandparents and great-grandparents lived in it... including grandmother Carla (nona Carla), after whom the villa was named. The village is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and fields with other cult Istrian plants. Extremly relaxing destination. We are located in the top of the hill in a very quiet place, surrounded with pure nature. You can enjoy observing sun rises and sun sets, together with delicious local food & wine... and simply relax. Or, you can choose more active stay while exploring neighborhood walking on food paths all arround, cycling or running. Your stay will be very calm as your holidays should be. Also, our stay is just 15 min drive to Coast and city centres.

This beautiful, elegant and cosy apartment is located in the heart of the historic city centre of Koper in the tallest skyscraper on the cost. It is located just below the main Koper Beach. As soon as you leave the apartment, a few steps and you are in the middle of happening in no time, with restaurants, bars and shops just around the corner, while still having quiet time in the apartment. We are happy to offer our guests a place that can make them feel at home.

Because the village has only a few tourist capacities, it has preserved its peaceful, local character.
