Our apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historical building. In our well-equipped kitchen you'll find coffe, tea, wine and... some useful pieces of advice to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible! We'll welcome you personally and offer you your first breakfast in Venice, too. The apartment is in the popular Castello neighbourhood. It's 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, and is close to other attractions. Art lovers will find La Biennale just around the corner. No pets allowed.

Welcome to my home, a small artist’s loft facing a canal. This small independent house is a stone's throw from the BIENNALE. The bedroom is on two levels with Japanese futons and tatamis that can be used as single or double beds. The living room has a round table, a ship’s wood bar and 4 meter ceilings. You will be a 10 minute vaporetto ride and a 10 minute walk from the beach (Lido) and a 20 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. We welcome all races and nationalities and are LGBTQ+ friendly.

Fenice Suite Mediterranean palace Grand Canal

Since it was completely renovated, the accommodation has been highly appreciated for its location and quality. Immerse yourself completely in this house that has preserved the aesthetics of the 1800s on the outside. The suite, like the other two accommodations, is totally independent of the rest of the house. Unfortunately, the Daikin air conditioning system has just been damaged and the Daikin service centers (which I am obliged to contact) have not been able to carry out the repair.
