Villa vacation rentals in Trequanda

We stayed at this Villa for just under a week with 2 families and had the most amazing time. It was absolutely perfect. SO much space (2 kitchens, 3 living rooms, 7 bathrooms!!!!) The pool and grounds around the home are stunning and they take such great care of it. You can tell this is a family home that Federica and her family take great pride in. Federica and her son welcomed us at the villa and they were super responsive before and during our stay. They also recommended a lot of things like a driver for a wine tour, chef that came and cooked for us a couple nights (so delicious), etc. Am very sad to not be at this dreamy villa anymore and hope to go back at some point in the future. Highly recommend!!

The renovated church was incredibly interesting and I was fascinated by its long history. The church is nestled within a tranquil olive grove which made it easy to relax and disconnect from the stressors of the big city. Roberto was absolutely incredible and I cannot give higher praise—he is truly the standard when it comes to hosts. He was attentive, responsive to any issues, and helpful to solve any difficulties that we had with travel arrangements. It’s easy to see why this property is in such high demand. It was my first time staying in Tuscany and Roberto’s church is already calling me back for another stay! Most highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is conveniently located in the heart of the Valdichiana with easy and clear access to the surrounding towns. The grounds were beautifully landscaped with a combination of olive trees, grapevines, flowers and even herbs like rosemary, basil and mint that we used in our cooking. The rooms were spacious and very private. Our group of 6 were more than comfortably accommodated, each with its own bathroom and AC units that worked well. The two kitchens served us well. We mainly utilized the outside kitchen as the weather throughout our stay was perfect. The kitchens were well stocked with all of the necessary cooking items. There were some items that we needed to purchase at the local supermarket, including shower gel, paper towels, napkins, etc. For a one week stay we would recommend extra towels, especially for the pool. Overall, I would highly recommend La Bacaia as a base to fully enjoy your Tuscan vacation.

I would love to award 6 stars! Tommaso's place is at least as nice as in the photos. The house has a wonderful atmosphere and a very pleasant living environment. It is extremely tasteful and cozy and we felt very comfortable there immediately. Everything you need is there and when we arrived everything was sparkling clean. We were particularly pleased with the view from the terrace and from the covered dining area: you are surrounded by an (organic) olive grove and can see over the surrounding valley to the green, gentle hills of Tuscany up to Monte Amiata. On the one hand, there are some very interesting typical Tuscan towns in the area, such as Pienza and Montalcino - we have also "hiked" to these; on the other hand, it is also not far to larger cities such as Siena and Montepulciano. A trip to the sea is also quite feasible. Tommaso and Laura were always available, helpful and accommodating. We're thrilled!

We had an amazing time in Francesco's place. The house is wondefull. Spacious, clean and very modern. The garden and surroundings are very beautiful. Francesco is an excellent host. He is responsive and his service is ourstanding. He welcomed us with pizza and wine en he even brought us a box with delicious treats for breakfast every morning. I can recommend Francesco's place for everyone who want to stay in a central location to discover Tuscany and stay in a charming house full of luxury. Couldn't be better.

We loved staying at Giorgio's place this past week. Honestly, the photos do not do this house justice—it is situated in truly beautiful surroundings, and the house itself is very cosy and full of sturdy, well-made fittings. There are lots of touches that make you feel like you're staying somewhere classier than your average AirBnB—marble kitchen counters and two sinks in the bathroom, to give just two examples. Giorgio himself was very friendly and responsive when we got lost trying to find his property, and he was extremely accommodating to our unpredictable check-in time. The one downside was that the bed was not especially comfortable, but this one negative was by far outweighed by the many other positives. If we visit the area again, we are keen on coming back (if he'll have us!).

Gigi’s place is one of the most peaceful places we’ve stayed in in Italy. The location is gorgeous and perfectly located between different towns to explore (Cortona, Arezzo, Montepulciano to name a few). A car is necessary but you can get to the town center for groceries and local produce in 10 minutes. We enjoyed spending our days by the pool, cooking and barbecuing in the garden. The kitchen was the most equipped I’ve ever seen for an Airbnb and the house was spotless. Extra supplies were left for us as well if we needed which was a nice touch. Gigi was always available for recommendations and extremely friendly. If you’re looking for calm and quiet this is your place!!

Immaculate villa with plenty of space for everyone. Exceeded our expectations. Remote location best for people who have a car however peaceful and very close to drive into town in 10 minutes. Amazing restaurants nearby. Spectacular views. Beautiful pool area. Attentive friendly hosts. Especially beautiful Elmo the dog.

Our stay at Mariella's beautiful home was a highlight of our five week trip throughout Italy. Peacefully situated between Florence and Siena, this villa offers a welcoming respite from the hustle and bustle of the cities. It was also super convenient to the vineyards throughout Chianti. Waking up every morning to the sunrise views over the valley and enjoying a glass of wine in the evening were the perfect beginning and ending to each day. The pool was even larger than we imagined and provided days of entertainment sprinkled in during a week of sightseeing and wine tasting. I cannot recommend this home, location, or host enough. You will NOT be disappointed!

Caroline's villa was absolutely stunning. We visited as a family of 8 adults and it was even more beautiful in person. It's completely private with amazing views all around. It's also in a great location to visit other picturesque villages nearby with a car. The pool was a great addition to combat the Tuscan heat. As this is in the countryside, be aware that there will be insects and wildlife. We came across a snake and a scorpion, but that's not an issue with the house, but rather the natural environment. The property manager Bianca greeted us upon arrival. She was super friendly and helpful with tips. And Caroline left us super detailed recommendations for restaurants, itineraries, and wineries. She was always available and friendly. We had an amazing time and would definitely visit again!

The property was comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. The owners of the property , Claudio and Angelica, are helpful and delightful. However, the “host” BoMVillas , who acts as a middleman, was rude and disrespectful when we had a miscommunication. I would not make another booking that was offered by BoMVillas.

Love love love this place!! My clients, a family of 15, had the best time at this amazing home. They wanted a place where they could share as a family and make new memories, and they got just that. The house was beautiful, the area is breathtaking, and Malgorzata and her team made them feel very welcome, like royalty. They were super attentive and supportive. From helping with groceries in advance, to recommendations for additional services and experiences. 100% recommended,. I hope I get to use them again.

We had the most wonderful stay at Olga’s place. We had 6 adults and two children and there was still plenty of space. The house was beautifully appointed and the outdoor space with the view was the perfect place to relax.

I cannot say enough about our trip to Martino’s villa. What a lovely villa in the cute town of San Casciano dei Bagni. We had a great family vacation, enjoying some of the smaller towns and a visit to Montepulciano . We enjoyed Eleanor’s cooking for us two nights- what an amazing chef! Martino was very responsive and helpful when we needed something. I hope we can return one day!

Very nice stay for a few days relaxing in summer. Beautiful olive gardens around the house, nice collection of wine. Everything clear, super big house, will come back next year!

I was genuinely impressed by this place. So beautiful! The pool is incredible, they had prosecco and limoncello for us and provided several supplies for a successful stay. I would 100000% come back here!

There were 10 of us staying in Simone’s villa and it was such a lovely place to relax. The outside area was huge with many different seating areas. The pool looking over the town below was stunning. Simone was really responsive to any questions we had and gave us suggestions for wine tours and taxis. The indoor kitchen is a little small but still has everything you need. We used the outdoor bbq and pizza oven much more as this was perfect for cooking outside in the sunshine. Thank you for a great stay!

What a fabulous setting and location. Perfect to explore the Chianti region and beyond. It’s roomy, everything you need is there, beautiful pool and a view to cherish. Dining on the terrace is a wonderful experience and with a vinyard with lovely wines available right next door what more do you need from a Tuscan holiday. All hosted perfectly by Fabio and Andrea. Very highly recommended.

This was the finest AirBNB home that we've ever stayed in. Every room was immaculate, the views were incredible (private and among vineyards, you can see for miles), every appliance and fixture seemed new. Everything was anticipated to make the stay perfect.....a refrigerator, bathroom and shower at the beautiful pool, pool towels in each bedroom, etc. As soon as you walk into this house, you are going to go "wow", and for good reason. Francesca came and cooked us a delicious local dinner and did some light grocery shopping for us.....all for an unreasonably LOW fee. We had another chef team come in on another night. We also visited a local winery where we had a fantastic, private wine tasting tour and lunch (Tenuta Vitalonga) and followed that up with touring Orvieto and having dinner at a very unique restaurant (Le Grotte del Funaro). Make sure you have a car or are using a bus/limo service for your transportation, nothing is walkable from this beautiful private house.

We were looking for a villa that had plenty of space for my husband and I with our 3 adult kids and this villa was perfect! We all had our own bedrooms and private bathrooms. The villa was in the idyllic peaceful Tuscan countryside surrounded by rolling hills, wine vineyards and olive trees with distant views of castles. It is absolutely gorgeous! Alessandro, the owner of the villa met us upon check in. The property has been in his family for hundreds if years. He was incredibly kind and generous, leaving an abundant amount of fruit, several bottles of wine from his vineyard and beautiful fresh flowers in every room. He was always available to answer any questions and make recommendations. Anke, the property manager, was excellent and responsive. Promptly answering my questions prior to the trip and proactively giving us wonderful recommendations. Highlights were truffle hunting Il Podere Castle, Umbria Olive oil tour and Banfi Castle wine tasting. Memories to last a lifetime! ❤️

We are a family of 5 who had a fantastic stay. The house is huge and very nice and the view is unbeatable. All stress leaves the body when you are there. Everywhere you looked, there were exceptionally beautiful views. In addition, Lucia and Frederico were so warm people and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back!

Was a beautiful respite for our family while travelling between Rome and Florence. It comfortably fit eight of us including the grandparents and younger children. We enjoyed a day trip to Assisi and spent time by the pool. Quiet but about an eight minute drive to a nearby town. Just a tip, use Apple maps instead of Google Maps. Google wanted to send us down an overgrown path.

The Alessandro's house is beautifully decorated, clean and clean, with a spring-filled setting.Had a dream Tuscan wedding in their yard and prepared a local traditional wedding dinner for us with great memories!😁
