Charming apartment in prestigious Dubrovnik part. Apartment consists of one bedroom, living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with TV, and a terrace. Apartment is fully air conditioned. Nearest beaches, restaurants, shops, bars, pharmacy, etc. are all within 5 minutes walking distance. Also there is excellent bus service to the old city of Dubrovnik and the bus will take you there in 10 minutes. Five minutes walk away from the apartment is the Uvala Lapad, a great place for a nice stroll around, with lots of bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, tourist information centre. It is a peacefull area with several beaches and is probably the place where you want to be when visiting Dubrovnik. Please note - no infants or children under 5 years old .

Old Town area is restricted for non-residental cars. 2023 update - replaced air-condition unit with new one and also added units in both bedrooms. Perfectly located within walking distance to all major attractions, beach, bars and restaurants our apartment can become your home away from home.
