Fabio and Alessandra were amazing hosts. Their property is one of the best I have stayed at. They were so flexible with everything and catered for all needs. The house is amazing, and was just like the pictures shown but more impressive in real life. The welcome gift and food staples were so generous from them and really was a home away from home. We used the jacuzzi every day of our stay and it was a great way to start the new year. Plus when we accidentally left the keys in the house, they were so helpful to come let us back inside. If you are ever considering staying near Pesaro or Rimini, and have a car, this location is an excellent choice. Thank you again for the stay.

Impeccable stay and extraordinary hospitality! My family and I couldn't have wished for anything better! We went down to Pesaro for my wedding out of town, and we relied on his property. The house was perfect: clean, well-kept, equipped with every comfort and corresponding in everything to the description, if not even better in person. But the real added value was the owner Elvin (and not only him, but also his whole family, his wife and his 2 children): extraordinarily helpful, present at the right time but never intrusive, always ready to give useful advice and respond quickly and kindly to any request. He made us feel really welcome, as if we were at home. A rare hospitality to find, which made our stay special in every way. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking not only for a place to sleep, but an authentic experience of hospitality and care. We will definitely be back

We had a truly wonderful stay at Fabrizio’s property. We were visiting the area for the WSBK Championship at Misano World Circuit, and the location couldn’t have been more ideal—just a short 15-minute drive to the circuit and only 30 minutes from Rimini Airport. The property itself was outstanding: immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It provided the perfect base for our 2-night stay. The surrounding area was equally impressive. Gradara, with its charming restaurants, is only 5 minutes away, and in the opposite direction, Tavullia—the hometown of Valentino Rossi—is also just 5 minutes by car, making it a must-visit for any motorcycle enthusiast. Fabrizio was a gracious and helpful host, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. I can’t speak highly enough of this property and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-situated stay in this beautiful part of Italy.
