Amazing stay! The villa is beautifully decorated and exudes a luxurious yet rustic charm. It's perfectly located, with easy access to all the important sites in Monreale and just a short drive to Palermo. The views from the villa are breathtaking, with stunning sights of both the sea and mountains, and the patio is the perfect spot to relax and take it all in. The private parking area was a huge plus, making it even more convenient. The host was very easy to contact, always quick to respond, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this villa for anyone visiting the area!

From the moment we checked into Gabriele's place, we knew this was going to be an amazing stay. We were personally welcomed by Ettore, who gave us a run-down of the place and had a couple of cannolis waiting for us in the fridge. The family who owns the place is so friendly and hospitable, attentive to their guests' every need. Of course, the main highlight is the terrace with amazing views (perfect to drink your morning coffee), as well as the private access to the water downstairs. This Airbnb literally has everything you could possibly need: from reefshoes and snorkels to cooking utensils and enough cupboards to put away all your stuff and feel right at home, it's clear they have really thought everything through. Just be mindful that going to the supermarket or restaurants requires a short drive, but this was hardly an issue when the place looks like this. Hands down one of our best Airbnb experiences after about 35+ stays and counting. Thank you again! :)

The cottage fit 6 of us comfortably! Roberto and Alessio were responsive and gave excellent suggestions for places to visit/eat. We were spoiled being on the doorstep of the nature preserve and visited a few times during our stay. Recommend without reservation.

The apartment is enchanting, we found a cake as a welcome gift, in the kitchen everything was really available. The decor is extremely stylish and cozy. We could see the sunset from the rooftop terrace. Marco is super nice and he gave us a list of perfect recommendations. The location is perfect near the great botanical garden and in the up-and-coming Kalsa district. We highly recommend the apartment and we would absolutely love to come back.

Santi is an amazing host! It was like we were staying at a friend's house for the week. We had nice long conversations amongst a bonfire in the evening and Santi even offered a hike on one of the mountains in the area with amazing views. His dog Eli is simply lovely. She was always happy to stay around us when we were sitting on the terrace. The house is very neat and offers everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. Couldn't recommend enough! This was by far one of my favorite places i have stayed! The home itself was so much better than the photos but even more was the unbelievable hospitality that we experienced from Maria Francesca and Gaetano. BRAVO to these hosts!! Even though we arrived late they met us and welcomed us in, explaining everything. They came to say goodbye also and were only message away for whatever need we had. If you are ever in Palermo this place is a MUST!! THANK YOU

Erasmo and Stefania are simply outstanding hosts. From the very first moment, they made us feel incredibly welcome, with great communication and full flexibility on our arrival time. When we arrived, they personally walked us through everything we needed to know about the apartment. The apartment itself exceeded all expectations. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything to make you feel at home. The photos don’t do it justice! Their local tips also helped us discover some wonderful places we would have otherwise missed. One of the highlights was Erasmo’s kind offer to drive us to the airport early in the morning — such a generous and thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. It was the perfect ending to our trip to Sicily. We can’t wait to return and stay even longer next time. Thank you so much, Erasmo and Stefania.

Great location, very close to the center of Palermo. The apartment is well equipped, very clean & as shown in the pictures. Massimo replied very quickly and gave good instructions 👍🏻 we would definitely recommend this airbnb and come back again 😊
