The 90 square meter apartment right on the beach has a clear, modern interior, a continuous oak parquet with underfloor heating for the cold months and surface cooling for the high summer as well as floor-to-ceiling windows for a bright, friendly atmosphere. It's just a few meters to the sandy beach of Pelzerhaken via the spacious terrace. The centerpiece of the apartment is the large living area with sea views, with fully equipped kitchen, oak dining table, large corner sofa and flat screen TV. The high-quality kitchen with induction stovetop and stone countertop has an exceptional amount of storage space for all purchases, so visiting one of the restaurants within walking distance for good food is a good option, but by no means a must. Two separate bedrooms with a 1.80-wide double bed or two separate single beds ensure a restful sleep. In order to be able to jump into the Baltic Sea with fresh courage outside the summer months or to warm up again after a walk, there is a small, fine sauna made of ash wood and a powerful oven in one of the two bathrooms. The apartment has a reserved parking space with its own 22 kW wallbox. The residential complex is sustainably supplied with its own electricity via an in-house photovoltaic system. The residential complex has a large bicycle cellar, which can be easily reached via a ramp, in which bicycles brought along can be safely and dryly stored. BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. This historic building is a typical North German farmhouse and is located on the edge of a small village with unobstructed views of the hilly countryside. Our 2-hectare natural property is adjacent to our own meadow behind the house, with many cozy spots under trees and by the stream. We renovated the cottage with natural materials and furnished it comfortably, e.g. with a fireplace and small sauna.
