Modern, freshly renovated 4 bedroom house in Lauchringen – Ideal for large families Welcome to our spacious, freshly renovated house in Lauchringen – the perfect place for a relaxed and comfortable stay with the entire family or a group of friends. Offering space for up to 10 adults and 2 children, the house is ideal for larger groups who want to enjoy tranquility and a vast variety of activities. What you can expect: Spacious rooms: The house offers a large entrance area, a bright hallway on the ground floor, and a cozy living room equipped with a Swedish stove (wood provided), Smart TV, Bose soundbar, and a collection of classic films for entertaining evenings. A large dining table is available (a high chair is also provided). Fully equipped kitchen: The modern kitchen offer the best of amenities for the hobby chef – fully equipped with all essential utensils like cutlery, dishes, pans, pots, a dishwasher, raclette set, and coffee machine. You will also find a generous pantry with a selection of spices, as well as oil and vinegar. Welcoming bedrooms: On the ground floor, you will find a large bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and a desk, ideal for anyone who needs to work during their stay. On the second floor, there are three more bedrooms, one of which is for children – featuring an Indian teepee, a play loft, and a bed plus a pull-out bed. The other two bedrooms also offer a Double/Queen size bed and a TV. Perfect for a restful night after an exciting day! Bathrooms: You will find three bathrooms in the house, offering privacy for all guests. The ground floor bathroom offers a toilet and shower, with another WC available on the first floor. On the second floor, you will find a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. Vehicles and bikes: The house offers space for two cars in private parking spaces. For cyclists, there is a large, secure bicycle storage room in the house, and the famous fifth stage of the Black Forest Panorama Cycle Route passes right by the house. Laundry room: A large laundry room with a washing machine/dryer and plenty of space for drying laundry is available on the ground floor. Outdoor relaxation: The large balcony and the even larger terrace offer plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the sun and quality family time. State-of-the-art facilities: The house is equipped with 1000 Mbit internet, so you can work or stream quickly and reliably during your stay. Location: Shopping facilities are only 5 minutes on foot, and both Zurich Airport (30 minutes) and Basel Airport (50 minutes) are conveniently accessible. The ski resort in Feldberg and the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen are also just 40 minutes away – ideal for winter enthusiasts. Our lovingly developed attic apartment in a 16th century farmhouse is quietly and centrally located. You can relax on long walks in beautiful forests or on the idyllic banks of the Rhine with its numerous swimming spots. In 5 minutes you can walk to restaurants, supermarkets, swimming pool and train station. Jestetten is the ideal starting point for excursion destinations such as the Black Forest, Lake Constance/Constance, Zurich and the Alps. Trains to Zurich and Schaffhausen run every half hour.

Our vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is spread over two floors. Thanks to the good location, you can easily make trips to the Black Forest or Switzerland from our accommodation. Perfect for commuters is the Swiss border, which is 5-10 minutes away. The center of Lauchringen is a 2-minute walk away. There are shopping opportunities such as supermarkets, as well as restaurants and cafes. Nearest bus stop: 2-minute walk

Spacious farmhouse for family and friends

The property is located in a spacious farmhouse from 1850. Hallau is located in the countryside on the German border between the Black Forest and Lake Constance. Public transport is available, but a car is an advantage. The bus station, grocery store, bakery and bank can be reached in two minutes on foot. We are child-friendly and non-smokers. You will share the garden with my ducks. There's room for all of you.

Spacious, rural and close to the airport

​Located in rural Hochfelden, you can reach Zurich Airport in 15 minutes by car and the city in 40 minutes. Alternatively, a bus runs regularly to the Bülach train station. From there, there are direct connections to Zurich and to the airport (about 45 minutes travel time). For more comfortable travel to and from the property, I also offer a paid shuttle service to Zurich Airport and the city.
