His home is perfect to be not so far from town but quiet as we wanted!! The view was so beautiful from our wake up , just open eyes from the bed and you see wonderful seaside view. A very welcoming and flexible host for our check-in and check-out times. Vincenzo was there when we arrived, he gave us plenty of information about places to visit and restaurants! Small additional note for Fava's where we had lunch several times, a real baking delight 😜 Vincenzo was very considerate with us. A quick message in the middle of our stay to see if we were okay!! Beautiful, very friendly attention. A thousand grazie Vincenzo! If we have the opportunity to return to Palermo, we would not hesitate to return!!

Very clean and well-located accommodation in the center of Balestrate, in the immediate vicinity of several very good restaurants. 30 minutes from the airport, 50 minutes from the center of Palermo, ideal location. Self check-in, responsive and available host. Free street parking, easy to find in September. Only downside, no real window in the accommodation, only the front door and a skylight in the bedroom.

Excellent stay! We stayed for 3 nights in the winter, with 2 kids aged 5 and 7. The apartment is beautiful, very stylish. Location is perfect, situated in an upscale and comfortable neighborhood. The host was very welcoming.

Fantastic apartment in San Vito Lo Capo. Spacious, well-equipped kitchen, and the terrace is nice on the roof. Just a short walk to the beach and all of the restaurants/shops. It’s a short drive to Zingaro nature reserve and the trailhead to hike monte monaco. Parking right outside on the street. The beds were a bit firm but not too bad.

Gaetano’s place was like a peaceful oasis - the property was very well manicured and the pool crystal clear and inviting. Gaetano is very friendly, accommodating and responsive. We had planned to stay for just one night after arriving in Palermo before moving on, but we enjoyed it and found it so relaxing that we asked to stay a second night. The first room we stayed in ended up having a plumbing issue, but Gaetano had it fixed immediately after we informed him and found a different apartment for us to stay for the second night - he is so helpful! We also enjoyed having access to bikes - Gaetano made sure they were in good condition for us so we could ride to the beach and bakery. We’ll definitely stay again the next time we visit Palermo!

It was easy to park, and the atmosphere was warm because it seemed like an apartment where families lived together. I especially liked the terrace, and the indoor space was spacious enough. When I opened the doors, the wind blew well, so it was cool, and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the season I went, so I used mosquito repellent.

The stay at Maria's apartment was very pleasant. Everything in the apartment was very clean. Maria has lovingly furnished the apartment. Beautiful, large and practical kitchen, everything available, makes it fun to cook there. Great view from the terrace. The terrace is also very nicely designed. Just for those who want peace and quiet and want to relax. Maria is very personable and a warm-hearted person. She was very discreet, always available for questions and gave us good tips. I loved staying here…I felt like a local rather than a tourist. Very clean with everything you need. Local shops and restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to other parts of the island. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great time at Leandro's place - the location was perfect for a weekend trip. We really enjoyed our aperitivo time at the large terrace.

Erice is particularly nice in the evenings when the tourist crowd is gone. And to spend the night at Elena‘s flat is the place to be. I really enjoyed my time. Elena is also super nice, very helpful and excellent communication. Can only recommend it.

From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Arianna’s place in Palermo and would absolutely stay here again. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and well-equipped—everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Palermo with easy access to historic sites, great restaurants, markets, and local neighborhoods. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city. Arianna was an exceptional host—very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. She provided excellent local recommendations that really enriched my experience, from places to eat to things to see off the beaten path. Her thoughtful communication made everything smooth and stress-free. If you're planning a trip to Palermo, I highly recommend Arianna’s place. The apartment was extremely spacious! It was also impeccably clean! So many thoughtful amenities are included in every room. The microwave and washer/dryer is such a plus too. The large terrace had beautiful views of the sea, mountains and sunsets. Natale was always available to answer all our questions. Don’t just assume something doesn’t work. He will provide detailed instructions when you ask questions. Parking is free and we always found a close spot. This is something that you don’t take for granted if you know about parking in other towns nearby. Overall it has been our favorite place to stay in this area!

The apartment was really perfect. Superbly equipped and the air conditioning was also great. With our rental car, it was quite difficult to find a parking space, but with the metro, the apartment would be great to reach.

Francesco’s place is amazing! Very unique, artsy, and homey. Location is great too: UNESCO sites are right around the corner, many shops and restaurants, and walkable to the coast. Francesco is kind and responsive, and his guidebook on local recommendations is very helpful! Highly recommended!!

Giuseppe’s apartment is really beautiful just like the photos and very comfortable. It is in a good location a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the centre but within easy walking distance. It is close to Lolli Station and easy to get to the airport by train. Giuseppe was a wonderful host and very welcoming. He went out of his way to help us after we arrived in Palermo on an early ferry, and personally welcomed us to an early check-in. He provided great recommendations about places to visit and where to eat. He also checked in on us with messages to see that we were ok. I recommend Giuseppe’s place very highly.

We loved it! The apartment was impeccably clean and beautifully designed. It was the perfect location for our family city break, very short walking distance to some of the most beautiful parts of Palermo, while also being very quiet and private. Rosa Maria and Dominico were so helpful, and made sure we were having a great time and had everything we needed thoughout. kids loved it too! would definitely stay again.
