The house is located in the City Center, just near the Port and the little beach of "Petrolo". The apartment is composed by a living-room with a kitchen and a balcony, a double bedroom (upstairs) one room with a bunk bed, one bathroom. The location is very close to the main attractions of the area: you might have a great walking into the Zingaro Natural Park (20 minutes by car), or see the medieval town of Erice, the ancient greek temple of Segesta and the Village of Scopello. The street is very quiet but close to supermarkets (medium size), cafes, restaurants and other shops. You can walk to the Port where you can have a breakfast or a dinner just in front of the sea!

Beautiful independent villa at 100 metres from the beach, in Trappeto near Palermo in Sicily. The immediate proximity to the sea allows you to easily walk to the beach made of fine sand suitable especially for children. The villa has two double bedroom, a twin bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. Outside, large spaces, both at the front of the house and at the back with an additional built-in kitchen, bathroom and shower. Two covered verandas and a large garden. Free wi-fi unlimited.

The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.
