Welcome to our new (2023) ecological house with a calm and clean character with a ceiling height of 5 meters. The house is characterized by a space of air in combination with a large size photography collection on the walls. Dining area for the whole family on the wooden deck outside. Free parking with charger for 1 car. Quiet neighborhood about 5 km from Stockholm town, a 10 min walk to the subway station and 11 minutes ride to town. It is about 1 km to Lake Mälaren's natural areas and beaches

Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Accommodation at the lovely Tyresö Reserve. 100 meters to Långsjön where you can have a cozy picnic and watch the sun go down. Swim by the rocks. We have 2 canoes that you can borrow. Beautiful nature but still close to the city. There are also bicycles to rent for 50 SEK each/day About 1 hour by car from Arlanda. City about 25 minutes. It is not allowed to have a party or friends visiting. The age limit is 25 years.
