Provencal-style apartment nestled between vineyards and olive trees. You will enjoy the tranquility of the countryside 10 km from the city and 4 km from the highway. The song of jays and cuckoos will be the soundtrack to the stay while the roe deer graze among the olive trees. A basic Italian breakfast is included (coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, etc.), but if you prefer a richer breakfast served at the table, the cost is €15 per person (€10 from 5 to 15 years, free under 5 years). The Sole apartment is situated in the heart of our estate. It has total living area of 40mq in which you will find extremely comfortable and well kept rooms, including 4 sleeping accomodations, a bedroom, a bathroom and kitchen. The external pergola, full of colorful flowers, is the best feature of the apartment down here you can spend some relaxing summer evenings. The swimming pool is completely salt, 6x12, with a variable depth from 80cm to 2,30m. It can be used by our guests at any time.

The Tower

A historic 13th-century residence that offers the utmost modern comforts while keeping its evocative medieval structure intact. The house is spread across two floors connected by an ancient stone staircase. On the first floor is the living area, consisting of an equipped kitchen, a cozy living room and a bathroom; it leads directly to the private terrace. On the second floor you reach the sleeping area, with a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed for two people and a master bathroom.

The Lazy Oak

Perched on a hillside above the Valdarno area, between the cities of Florence, Arezzo and Siena, the Lazy Oak villa is surrounded by acres of olive groves. The main house on two level has been fitted with bedrooms, bathrooms and new kitchen whilst retaining its old terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. A dining loggia for al fresco meals enjoys a breathtaking view of the countryside. The infinity pool is set just a few steps from the house on a green terrace furnished with loungers.

Old hayloft on the Chianti hills

Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.
