A lovely Air B and B stay. The place was clean, tidy, comfortable and relaxing. We had messaged Felicity prior to see if a travel cot would fit in the bedroom and she said it would. It fitted well at the end of the beds. A very spacious accommodation. The chickens and orchard where a lovely touch to the accommodation. Great location for some key tourist sites like Blue Planet Aquarium, Cheshire Oaks and Delmere Forest. We would happily stay at this accomodation again when visiting the area.

We loved our stay. Carol was really friendly and helpful and had provided us with provisions for our arrival. The property totally matched its description.

The place was perfect and was located in the perfect location has we were attending a 50th Birthday with friends. The location was close to the resturan and also a lovely pub called the Hind within walking distance and served a great Sunday roast would recommend a visit.

Absolutely loved our stay at the barn! The place was spotless, incredibly serene, and had stunning views all around. It felt so comfortable and homey, beautifully decorated with a lovely aesthetic. The huge TV, thoughtful touches like snacks and fresh towels, and everything else we needed made it perfect. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the location has excellent links to Manchester city centre. Plus, Nancy (the dog) was the cutest! The garden is insanely big, perfect for relaxing. Sean accommodated a special request and even pumped my balloons for me — such a nice host. 10/10, would definitely stay again!

Sweet, homely little house, very private with easy parking. Clean and tidy. Warm and cozy in December. It was easy to book last minute and good value for money. Will book again when visiting family.

Very nice place to stay if you’re fancying some peace and quiet. It’s an annexe in Ash’s garden secluded and clear paths on how to get into it. No issues with getting in and out, nice kitchen lounge with plenty of games and black out blinds in the bedroom. Ash was very response with some queries we had and clear on what’s what. Thanks Ash.

Lovely and clean place to stay with lovely hosts. The place was as it looked, beautiful and bright. Very modern space within a 5 min walk to the station for a 5 minute journey into the centre.

Just Wow!! 4 professional friends on our annual meet up. This was an experience for the memory bank. An impeccable and immaculate Lodge. Quality everything. A great night's sleep. The most beautiful scenery you can imagine. Professional, friendly, approachable hosts, who go out of their way to provide a super positive stay. Amazing hikes from doorstep, and fantastic pub food in Marple. Relaxing hot tub overlooking private and stunning views. We really loved this place where we stayed as a base to do the Manchester Marathon. It was so quiet and peaceful. The garden was beautiful and we had lots of birds visiting and feeding. We even had a fox visit one evening that watched us watching it. That made my day after completing the marathon. The hosts had thought of everything. They welcomed us when we arrived and showed us round. The kitchen and bathroom etc had everything we needed. It really is a beautiful setting here and we have no hesitation in recommending a stay here with easy access to travel in and around Manchester. If we’re mad enough to come and do the marathon again we would love to stay here again. Thank you

We had a lovely stay - set in a picturesque setting . The place was very homely with a lovely little garden for my dog and some doggie treats which Oscar enjoyed - thank you . X

As described the views from everywhere are amazing. Comfortable sitting arrangement in living room for fun time together with family. Well equipped kitchen with all required utensils. comfortable and cozy beds.

We had a great 3 night stay at Abby’s place. The location is beautiful, and our dog really loved the local woods for his walk. Very clean and comfortable and with everything you need. We hope to be back next time we come up to Lancashire.
