Granatelli Holiday Home is an apartment with two air-conditioned bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stovetop, coffee maker, refrigerator, kettle, and dishes), and a bathroom with a large shower. Each bedroom opens onto a large terrace with panoramic views ranging from the mountains to the sea. It is located in the countryside, about 3 km from Altavilla Milicia and halfway between Palermo and Cefalù. There are no through roads to disturb the tranquility of nature.

Casa Villea - Big terrace with sea view

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

House with large private garden and swimming pool a few meters from the beach and train station. The house, on two floors, is equipped with every appliance as well as a private parking lot. On the lower floor is the kitchen, a bathroom and a living area while on the upper part there are four bedrooms and a bathroom. It is located about 150 meters from the beach, which can be accessed free of charge, and 5.7 km from Cefalù, which can be easily reached by train!

Il Sangineto is an original restored farmhouse, surrounded by olive trees, fruit trees and Mediterranean plants in a residential setting just after the town of Castellammare del Golfo. The completely independent Depandance is the ideal place for an extraordinary break. The excellent location allows you to quickly reach - by car - the main places of interest (C/sea, Zingaro Nature Reserve, Scopello, Guidaloca, but also San Vito, Macari, and Trapani)

The Lemon Garden

The house is located within an estate planted with olive trees and citrus groves, ideal for those who want to be in touch with nature without giving up the conveniences of a town. On the approximately 10-hectare estate, there are two Corso dogs accustomed to roaming and interacting with guests. If you're not comfortable with dogs, this is not the accommodation for you. The pool is shared with my family and will be accessible starting in May.
