We had a lovely stay at this place, restaurant within walking distance, very clean, nice and peaceful accommodation.

We stayed as a group of four (2 adults and 2 children) for four nights. Guillaume welcomed us very warmly. We enjoyed the impeccable and functional accommodation, its proximity to the tram and parking. We'll be happy to go back!

Accommodation located in the heart of Saumur, perfect for exploring the city. The accommodation has been completely refurbished with taste, very clean and well-equipped, you immediately feel comfortable there. Comfortable bedding, quiet, and everything you need is available. Communication with the host was smooth, responsive and warm, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A great place that I would recommend without hesitation!

We had a great time with the family. The house is ideal for a quiet getaway in the countryside. The land is completely fenced, which is very convenient when, like us, you travel with several dogs. The interior of the house matches the description and contains everything you need. Finally, the person who welcomed us was very friendly, which is always nice. In summary, I would recommend it without any hesitation.

We had a lovely weekend at Eric's place, we enjoyed the activities and games provided, it's a real plus and it's very nice! We particularly liked discovering all the vintage objects that decorate the interior and exterior. We'll be happy to go back😊!

Very spacious and well-equipped house, particularly pleasant for a family stay. Many activities are available nearby (Chambord, Blois, cycling along the Loire...). For upstairs sleeping arrangements, we recommend the landing rather than the mezzanine because the staircase is a little steep.
